11 Scotland s Hghland Hertage Monday 7th May 2018 Itnerary: Monday Departng the local area n the mornng we head north towards Dalmally. The journey wll take us along the scenc shorelne of Loch Lomond. After checkng n at the hotel there wll be tme to relax before your evenng meal s served. Tuesday After breakfast, we wll commence our journey to the coastal town of Oban. Passng the runs of Klchurn Castle, we head along the shorelne of Loch Awe, through the Pass of Brander towards Connel before descendng nto Oban wth panoramc vews across to the Isles of Kerrera and Mull. There wll be free tme n Oban to explore ts shops and cafes or take a walk along the harbour. Afterwards, the coach wll leave Oban and head south along the coastlne and across the Brdge over the Atlantc and on to old slate sland of Sel Island - famous for the flm Rng of Brghtwater. We head to Easedale, openng up magnfcent coastal scenery wth turquose waters and whtewashed fsherman s vllages. Wednesday Ths mornng we wll take the 30-mnute drve to the ancent town of Inveraray on Loch Fyne. Entrance to the famous Inveraray Castle s ncluded. In the afternoon, we wll take the 25-mle journey along the shores of Loch Fyne to what s known as the Brtan s most beautful shortcut. The Crnan Canal s an engneerng marvel, jonng Loch Fyne at Ardrshag wth the open sea at Crnan, 9 mles away. There are 15 lock gates and over 2000 vessels use t each year. Thursday Today, after breakfast, we take a scenc drve to Fort Wllam where we wll jon the famous Jacobte Steam tran. The law, at present, does not requre passengers n coaches to wear seat belts. However, we strongly advse that where seatbelts are ftted, they are worn. Specal Requrements If you have any specfc requrements such as low-floor/non-smokng rooms or det, please menton these at tme of bookng. We wll try our utmost to accommodate them. Some tours nvolve a great deal of travellng and changes of hotels and t s not possble for our drver(s) to provde a suffcent level of care, partcularly n cases of poor moblty. If each passenger who has a dsablty s accompaned by a companon who s able to provde the necessary assstance, and the coach steps can be negotated, then you are most welcome. We are pleased to carry your foldng wheelchar or walkng frame n the luggage compartment but you MUST notfy us of your ntenton to brng one. We regret that due to health & safety, we are unable to carry battery-powered wheelchars or moblty vehcles on our feeder mnbuses and small coaches. We wll only carry them on tour vehcles f there s suffcent space n the luggage compartment and a travellng companon s present to lft and handle the moblty vehcle. It s not the drver s responsblty to handle moblty vehcles. Moblty vehcles must be brought to our depot before you book a holday so we can confrm f the vehcle s sutable to be transported n the luggage compartment of our vehcles. Passengers wth these types of vehcles MUST board the coach at our depot n Wgton and as space s lmted, only 1 SMALL moblty vehcle wll be allowed per tour. Please do not be offended f a moblty vehcle s refused as we wll not jeopardse the practcaltes and smooth runnng of the tour. Hotels Hotel classfcatons and star ratngs dffer between countres. Our star ratngs are merely a general gude. The absence of a ratng does not necessarly mean that the hotel s of lower standard. That partcular hotel may not be a member of a ratng body. Most hotels that we use do offer a choce menu for dnner. However, some hotels do nclude a set menu wth no choce, partcularly those abroad. Please note that breakfast s usually taken n a separate room from the restaurant, wth the whole coach party, at a set tme. Some hotels provde nghtly entertanment, ths s at the dscreton of the hotel and may be wthdrawn f there s lack of demand or for operatonal reasons. Where facltes are provded by the hotel, such as lesure facltes, they wll be as descrbed n the brochure. These facltes may be wthdrawn by the hotel for routne mantenance or seasonal avalablty. These terms and condtons of bookng set out the terms on whch Reays Coaches Lmted, a company ncorporated n England and Wales wth Company number whose regstered offce s at Strawberry Felds, Syke Park, Wgton Cumbra CA7 9NE ( hereafter referred to as we, us, our ) wll provde servces to you. In these terms you and your means all persons named on the bookng or any one of them as the case may be (ths also ncludes any persons who are added or substtuted to a bookng at a later date). These terms and condtons of bookng supersede any terms (ether wrtten or verbal) that may have been provded to you prevously. 1. PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS (ntmated bookngs upon whch no depost has been pad). 1.1 We can only accept provsonal bookngs on partcular trps whch do not nclude entrance tckets. Entrance tckets are only allocated on recept of a full bookng. 1.2 Where a provsonal bookng can be accepted by us, a provsonal bookng wll hold a potental event for a maxmum perod of 7 days from the date the provsonal bookng was made by you. You must ensure that we receve the requred depost or full prepayment for the event you have chosen wthn ths perod n order for the bookng to be confrmed by us to you. Should we not receve the requred depost or full prepayment, we shall be enttled to cancel the provsonal bookng made by you wthout further notce to you. 2. YOUR BOOKING 2.1 By placng a bookng wth us, the lead name on the bookng ( the Lead Passenger ) warrants that:- a) he or she s aged 18 or over; b) s legally capable of enterng nto bndng contracts; and c) accepts on behalf of the whole party these terms and condtons of bookng. 2.2 The bookng shall only be deemed to be accepted when we ssue a wrtten confrmaton (ncludng emal) ( Bookng Confrmaton ) to the Lead Passenger. The Bookng Confrmaton wll be ssued to the Lead Passenger wthn 7 days of recept by us of the ntal depost or full prepayment (as advsed by us to you). It s only upon ssue of a vald Bookng Confrmaton to you that a vald and bndng legal contract wll be formed between you and us. 2.3 Clents are remnded to check all detals of ther Bookng Confrmaton carefully to ensure everythng s correct. Please notfy us of any ncorrect detals as soon as possble and n any event wthn 7 days of the ssued Bookng Confrmaton (and at least 72 hours pror to the departure date). We cannot accept any lablty f we are not notfed of any naccuracy n the Bookng Confrmaton or any other travel document wthn ths 7-day perod. We wll do our best to rectfy mstakes you tell us about outsde of ths 7-day perod but you must pay any costs ncurred n dong so. 3. PAYMENT & DEPOSIT 3.1 A depost wll be payable at the tme you place your bookng. The depost pad by you s part payment of your bookng. Please note that acceptng a depost does not mean a legally bndng contract between us s formed. A legally bndng contract s only formed upon ssue of a Bookng Confrmaton as set out n clause 2.2 above. 3.2 We must receve full payment of the bookng (ncludng all applcable charges) as set out n your Bookng Confrmaton no later than 56 days before the departure date ( Balance Due Date ). We are not oblged to ssue payment remnders to you. You can make part payments aganst your outstandng balance at any tme between makng the bookng and the Balance Due Date but for the avodance of doubt, full payment of your bookng must be receved no later than the Balance Due Date. 3.3 For bookngs made after the Balance Due Date the full payment of the bookng s due at the tme you place a bookng wth us. 3. If the full payment s not receved by the Balance Due Date, we wll assume that you wsh to cancel your bookng and we reserve the rght to treat your bookng as cancelled by you from that date. We wll apply the cancellaton charges n accordance wth clause below. 3.5 Whle the Company wll endeavour to nform the Hrer of any known surcharges, the Company may not be aware of some surcharges mposed by thrd partes. Any surcharge mposed by a thrd party s payable by the Hrer, and the Company wll not be responsble for the surcharge or any assocated costs.. SHOULD YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING.1 If you wsh to cancel your bookng after you have receved your Bookng Confrmaton, you must tell us n wrtng. The Lead Passenger should send the notce of cancellaton to our offce address:- Strawberry Felds, Syke Park, Wgton Cumbra CA7 9NE by post and/ or emal to bookngs@reays.co.uk. Charges wll be appled from the date the letter or emal s receved by us accordng to the scale set out below. Please note that where a letter or emal s receved outsde of our busness hours, t wll be deemed to have been receved the next busness day, (whch s a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or publc holday n England) and accordngly the charges below wll apply from that date. For bookngs excludng ar travel, day trps, theatre shows, sportng events or concerts and Dsneyland Pars, the cancellaton charges are as follows:- Perod before departure date Cancellaton fee (percentage of total package cost) More than 56 days Loss of depost 9-56 days 50% Less than 9 days 100%.2 In cases where a full depost has not been receved by us, the dfference between the reduced depost pad and the depost quoted n our brochure or on our webste wll become due at the tme of cancellaton and you must make such addtonal payment to us n full wthn 7 days of cancellaton. We may pursue you for any shortfall. Ar Travel.3 Where your bookng ncludes ar travel, we pay a full, non-refundable depost when we place the bookng on your behalf, therefore n addton to the cancellaton fees set out above, we wll also charge you for any non-refundable deposts pad to the arlne carrer where ncurred. Day trps. Where your bookng s for day trps, full payment s requred at the tme of bookng by you as we are requred to pay ths to our supplers, therefore regardless of the perod before the departure date, you wll not be enttled to any refund. Theatre shows, sportng events, concerts.5 Unless we can obtan a refund, tckets for theatre shows, sportng events or concerts are purchased by us n advance, therefore f you cancel your bookng, no refund wll be gven for that porton of your bookng..6 Dsneyland Pars The cancellaton deadlne for Dsneyland Pars s 1 weeks pror to travel therefore a cancellaton fee wll be charged n lne wth the followng scale: Perod before departure date Cancellaton fee (percentage of total package cost) More than 98 days Loss of depost days 50% Less than 56 days 100% Clents who have travel nsurance may, dependant on the terms of ther polcy, be able to reclam the cancellaton fee and/or cost of ther bookng under ther nsurance polcy. You should never travel wthout travel nsurance and you should ensure you take the terms of the polcy wth you on any trp. We wll not refund any nsurance premum you may have pad. 5. SHOULD YOU WISH TO ALTER YOUR BOOKING 5.1 Should you wsh to make changes to your bookng, please advse us as soon as possble. Where we receve a request for change before we have ssued a Bookng Confrmaton to you, we wll treat the orgnal request as cancelled and proceed on the bass of a new bookng wth you, mplementng the new detals. Any depost you may have pad n respect of the prevous bookng wll be appled to the new bookng, unless we have ncurred any costs n obtanng servces n fulfllng the bookng made by you. Whle we wll attempt to move your orgnal depost to your new bookng, ths s not always possble and sometmes orgnal deposts may be lost. 5.2 We wll do our best to accommodate any alteraton you may wsh to make (coach pck up pont, etc) to a bookng upon whch you have already receved your Bookng Confrmaton, but notfcaton must be made by the Lead Passenger n wrtng (ncludes emal) or by telephone to our offce at whch pont, where applcable, an amended Bookng Confrmaton (ths wll supersede the prevous Bookng Confrmaton) wll be sent to you. You are responsble for checkng that the new detals are correct. As all tour arrangements are fnalsed 7 days pror to the departure date, we cannot accept any alteratons wthn 7 days of the tour departure date. A fee of 10 per bookng may be charged to contrbute towards our admnstraton fees for any changes requested by you. 5.3 If you requre tckets to be changed or transferred, you must nform us as soon as possble of any name change and we wll endeavour to accommodate your requrements, although ths may not always be possble. Falure to nform us of any changes may result n the person beng turned away at the venue. It s your responsblty to ensure that the person s of sutable age for the event and tcket type. We, to the fullest extent as permtted by law, accept no responsblty for the thrd-party s actons. A fee of 10 per bookng may be charged to contrbute towards admnstraton fees. 6. SHOULD WE HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING Cancellaton pror to departure date 6.1 We reserve the rght to cancel any event where there has been nsuffcent demand or for a reason beyond our reasonable control (see clause 6.2). Should ths occur, the Lead Passenger wll be contacted as soon as possble wth an offer of an alternatve tour, or may be offered, (at our sole dscreton), a full refund of mones pad by the Lead Passenger. We endeavour not to cancel any

51 tour wthn 1 days of the departure date unless for reasons beyond our control, for example (but not lmted to), a change to a show or event date, ndustral dsputes, falure of a suppler, transport breakdowns, accdents on the roads whch affect all or part of your journey or adverse weather condtons, or for any of the reasons set out below. 6.2 We regret we cannot accept any lablty, offer any refunds or pay for any loss ncurred or compensaton where the performance of our contractual oblgatons s prevented or affected, or f you otherwse suffer any damage or loss, f the reason s the result of a Force Majeure event. For the purpose of these terms and condtons, Force Majeure means any event or crcumstance whch we could not, even wth due care, foresee or avod and s therefore beyond our reasonable control. These events whether actual or threatened nclude, but are not lmted to, strkes, rots, poltcal/cvl unrest, government acts, hostltes, war, terrorst actvty, ndustral dspute, natural or nuclear dsaster, fre, vral outbreak, adverse and severe weather condtons, closure, restrctons or congeston of arports, ports, statons or other transport hubs, mantenance problems wth transport, changes of schedules or operatonal decsons of ar carrers, accdents affectng your trp and any other matters outsde our control. 6.3 In the event of a Force Majeure event durng your bookng occurrng, n some stuatons, we may be able to offer a part refund for an unexpred element on the bookng. The Lead Passenger wll be nformed f ths s possble. If the unexpred element s a tcketed event, t s unlkely any refund wll be gven as tckets wll have been pre-pad. If your bookng nvolves a concert or event, we cannot accept responsblty for the nonappearance or the cancellaton or curtalment of any event or performance. 7. IF WE MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING We plan tnerares, and these can be made many months n advance. Sometmes we may have to make changes to, and correct errors n bookngs before and after the Bookng Confrmaton has been sent to you and cancel confrmed bookngs. Whlst we always endeavour to avod such changes and cancellatons, we must reserve the rght to do so. Wherever possble, you wll be notfed of any changes or cancellaton as soon as s reasonably possble. We accept no lablty for ths and the provson of clause 6 wll apply to such changes and cancellatons. 8. OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE TOUR We are a reputable company and we wll perform our contract wth you wth reasonable skll and care. We, therefore, accept responsblty for the acts or omssons of our employees, agents, contractors and supplers (lmted to supplers we have contracted to supply our Lead Passenger). These assurances, however, reman subject to the followng qualfcatons (a) n the event of death, njury or llness see clause 9 below, (b) where travel s made by coach, ar, ral or sea carrer not owned by us, then that suppler s condtons apply, whch may exclude lablty. 9. LOSS, INJURY OR ILLNESS 9.1 We, to the fullest extent permtted by law dsclam any responsblty for loss of or damage to personal tems throughout the duraton of a tour. Should any member of your party suffer death, bodly njury or llness arsng from the proven neglgence of our supplers, ther sub-contractors, servants or agents, we accept responsblty provdng they were actng wthn the scope or n the course of ther employment when the ncdent occurred. 9.2 Nothng provded n these terms and condtons shall act to exclude our lablty for any member of your party sufferng death, bodly njury or llness arsng from our proven neglgence. 9.3 Save as provded n clauses 9.1 and 9.2, our total lablty for all losses ncurred by the Lead Passenger and members of ther party shall be lmted to all sums receved by us n respect of the bookng. 10. TRAVEL DELAYS 10.1 We do not accept lablty for delay. For the avodance of doubt, we shall endeavour to fulfl but do not guarantee: departure tmes; arrval tmes; pck up tmes; dropoff tmes; or connectons Your travel nsurance may cover you for expenses caused by some delays Where you are delayed for more than 12 hours n any 2-hour perod, we wll seek to mnmse any dscomfort and where possble, arrange for refreshments, meals and accommodaton, but ths cannot be guaranteed. 10. In the event of mechancal breakdown of the coach or any other transportaton nvolved n the tour, we wll attempt to locate an alternatve conveyance as soon as possble. Please note any replacement vehcle may not be of a smlar standard and such delays may result n the necessary amendment to the orgnal tour tnerary. We do not accept any lablty arsng as a result of travel delays. 11. TRAVEL INSURANCE COVER We recommend that all of our customers obtan sutable comprehensve travel nsurance cover. Party members travellng wthout adequate travel nsurance do so at ther own rsk. 12. GENERAL Please note the followng: (a) Bookngs cannot be accepted where no member of the party travellng s over the age of 18. (b) Some tours may operate usng a vehcle wthout on-board WC facltes. (c) Feeder coaches may be employed on both outward and nward journeys on some tours. (d) The Lead Passenger s solely responsble for the behavour of all members of ther party throughout the tour. (e) Alcohol must not be brought onto the coach. Passengers n possesson of alcohol must place those tems n the luggage area of the coach before embarkaton. Those tems must reman n the luggage area untl the completon of the journey. We reserve the rght to refuse entry on to a coach to anyone deemed by the drver to be n an ntoxcated state. (f) If applcable, event, show and flght tckets wll be ssued on-board the coach and may be subject to addtonal condtons of sale. (g) Trple and famly bedrooms are subject to avalablty at the tme of bookng. Trple and famly bedrooms may nclude a foldng z-bed and so are only sutable for chldren up to the age of 12 years. (h) Passengers under the age of 16 (18 for sportng events) must be accompaned by an adult (age 18 years and over), an adult may only supervse a maxmum of 3 persons under the age of 16. () Concerts are subject to separate terms and condtons n lne wth the promoter of the event. (j) You may not brng a pet or any other anmal on one of our coaches or holdays. (k) Please show consderaton by ensurng any audo devce does not dsturb other passengers. l) You are responsble for ensurng that you are at the correct departure pont at the correct tme, and we cannot be lable for any loss or expense suffered by a customer because of ther late arrval at any departure pont. m) Although our vehcles have substantal luggage compartments, we have to adhere to regulatons concernng the overall weght of fully laden vehcles. We therefore ask that you restrct your luggage to one medum szed sutcase of up to 20kg. As wth all personal tems, t s your responsblty to ensure that your sutcase s on board the coach, therefore please make sure you see the drver place your luggage onto the coach n) The drver s responsble for the safety of the vehcle and all decsons relatng to the journey route, loadng, passenger conduct and any other matter whch may reasonably mpact any passenger s health, safety and wellbeng whle n transt. 13. COMPLAINTS Should you be dssatsfed wth any part of the tour, we advse that any such problems be notfed to our representatve mmedately. If the matter(s) cannot be resolved at the tme of nformng the representatve then we ask that you provde us wth detals of your concerns n wrtng wthn 7 days of your return, gvng as much nformaton as possble so that the matter can be dealt wth as soon as possble. 1. CLAIMS 1.1 Any clams made under these condtons of bookng are subject to Englsh Law and wll be governed by and construed n accordance wth the Laws of England and Wales. 1.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusve jursdcton to settle any dspute or clam (ncludng any non-contractual dsputes or clams) arsng out of or n connecton wth these terms. 15. PASSENGER BEHAVIOUR 15.1 The drver s responsble for the safety of the vehcle at all tmes, and as such, may remove any passenger whose behavour does, or s lkely to, prejudce safety or s n breach of the Publc Servce Vehcle (Conduct of Drvers, Inspectors, Conductors and Passengers) Regulatons 1980 (as amended, re-enacted or replaced from tme to tme). These regulatons set out certan rghts and responsbltes on all partes, and full detals of these can be obtaned from us on request. The person who causes the damage s responsble for and shall ndemnfy us n relaton to any damage caused to the vehcle by any passenger for the duraton of the trp If there s a rsk that a passenger may cause another passenger harm (whether through behavour, or llness), the passenger may be refused from boardng the hre vehcle and may be requred to fnd hs own method of transport. We wll not be held lable for any losses ncurred n obtanng alternatve travel. 16. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY 16.1 We retan full contact detals for the bookng party, as well as other nformaton suppled by you relatng to your bookng preferences. We may use your nformaton for the purposes under whch we are regstered wth the Informaton Commssoner under the Data Protecton Act. The Company s fully prepared n antcpaton of the requrements of the General Data Protecton Regulaton (GDPR) The Lead Passenger s responsble for ensurng that all members of ther party are aware of the content of our Prvacy Polcy, and consent to your actng on ther behalf. The Prvacy Polcy can be found on our webste at Prvacy-Polcy or request a copy by callng PACKAGE TRAVEL, PACKAGE HOLI AND PACKAGE TOURS REGULATIONS 1992/3288 ( the Regulatons ) 17.1 Notwthstandng any of the above provsons, where we are provdng a servce whch covers a perod of more than 2 hours, or ncludes overnght accommodaton, the provsons of the Regulatons wll apply to those elements of the bookng and shall take precedence over any conflctng term set out n these condtons. 18.
