The house lies amidst wooded grounds, along a private tree-lined drive, some 400m from a quiet minor road, just two miles from the historic spa town of Moffat in the Southern Uplands of Scotland. The house is available for self-catering holidays, family reunions, Christmas & New Year parties, birthday parties, anniversaries, hen parties, honeymoons and any special occasions or events. Visit for a weekend break or a longer holiday. If you would like an active holiday there are always plenty of activities and places to visit nearby. If you are looking for a quiet break, the grounds are peaceful and secluded for woodland walks. boasts 9 superbly kept bedrooms featuring the traditional imposing 4 poster beds and of course some twins for those not wishing to share. You will also note 6 large bathrooms with slipper baths and enclosed showers. Almost anything can be arranged and provided prior to your arrival, the owners have a strong knowledge of the local area and the companies wishing to add a special touch to any occasion. Please let us know if a relaxed 3 course butler served banquet would be required and then perhaps during the day a venture in the Scottish countryside for a spot of fishing, golf, kayaking, laser quest, archery and everything else guests may wish to partake in.
