If for any reason you are unable to attend a pre-booked visit, please advise us (prior to your tour departure) or the visit centre directly (whilst on tour) as in many cases full payment may be passed on to your group for a no-show. Should you anticipate a late arrival, please advise the visit centre directly to avoid the possible non-provision of your planned visit. This is particularly important for guided visits where the guide may have other scheduled commitments. We strongly recommend that you refer to your own employer s guidelines for water-based activities. IMPORTANT Any visits that have not been organised by us and are outside the contractual arrangements: group leaders should satisfy themselves about the suitability of the visit and the health and safety arrangements in place.

Ensure that each pupil has a pencil. Clipboards are available at reception on request to help the pupils take notes. La Coupole prefer pupils not to take bags into this visit. Translation headsets are included in the price. The visit takes approximately 2 hours. There is a driver s rest room at La Coupole. Group to walk to visits today as coach is out of use 09:00 hrs Arrival is anticipated in Le Touquet. Here the group will visit the Market & take part in the NST Town Trail. Coach parking please note that this is becoming increasingly difficult in Le Touquet. There is a car park outside Aqualud but the police can move coaches on after they have dropped groups off. The coaches can park out at the airport after arranging a suitable time with the group leader for pick-up.
