6 Pupils have been placed in working groups with a staff member for activities. Tents sleep four pupils - Pupils are to choose a friend to pair up with, staff will make the final choices.

13 Passports and EHIC cards are to be brought in on Wednesday 27 th June where they will be stored in the school safe.

14 All medical forms and medicine for the trip are to be brought in on Wednesday 27st June where they will be stored in a safe place. Children are not allowed to self medicate. Please do not pack medicine in their luggage. Mr Tutt will be responsible for overseeing medication.

15 If pupils wish to purchase food or drink on the ferry, we recommend no more than 5 for the outbound trip. Spending money (max 50 euros) is to be brought in on Wednesday 27 th June where it will be stored in the school safe. Miss Payne and Miss Webb will be in charge of the bank. Children will be able to draw money Friday evening, Saturday morning and Monday morning when the bank is open.

16 On the return ferry trip pupils will be allocated with a meal voucher for 8, no change will be given. Pupils may, if they wish, spend more however it is important to ensure they have enough before going to pay ( or Euros).

17 Each group leader will take photographs of their group while away. These will be made available to the children after we return, on the proviso that they will not be used on social media sites. If you do not wish your child to be in group photos please let us know. For a copy of the photos please send in a clearly labelled memory stick (8Gb) after the trip.

21 The number one aim is to deliver healthy and nutritious meals, which will keep children and adults fuelled for the day. A well balanced diet is essential which is why the site makes sure our meals consist of fruit, vegetables, starchy foods, dairy products and protein. No food is deep-fried, the site prefers to grill, roast, poach or bake it! Meals are produced using fresh ingredients and minimal salt All dietary and allergen requirements can be catered for Fresh fruit and water is always available

23 Q: It is my child s birthday whist they are away, can you provide them with a cake? A. Of course, all we ask is that you let us know in advance so we can make sure the catering team are aware.
