Arrival in Malta expected at 23:05. Bus transfer to Guillieru Harbour Hotel Go to bed!! RETURN : Thursday 26th October 2017 Bus transfer to airport from hotel at 15:30. Flight at 18:25 to Marseille with Air Malta. Expected arrival time 20:25. Back to families The Programme Thursday 19/10/17 Day 1 Flight from Marseille at 21:15 Arrive in Malta at 23:05, bus transfer to hotel, then bed! Thursday 26/10/17 Day altese lunch on the school rooftop terrace and certificate ceremony Leave the hotel by bus for the airport Flight for Marseille Arrival in Marseille ID papers Valid Passport or National ID card for Europeans Authorisation to leave France for minors (+ photocopie du passeport parent) European Social Securtiy card Practical nformation Currency: Euro Electricity: 230V British adapter Time zone: Same as France. Insurance includes: - sickness - interruption or trip / assistance - cancelation before departure (% refund according to the date of cancelation).

4 Suitcase: 20kgs maximum IMPORTANT: A change of sports clothes every day. A change of clothes in a ZIPLOC bad (underwear, T-shirt, Socks, jogging bottoms or leggings,) + 4 or 5 jumpers or cardigans + a warm and waterproof jacket + 2 pairs of shorts (if hot weather) + 2 pyjamas + slippers, trainers or sports shoes, swimming costume and cuddly comfort toy! Temperatures/weather in October: between C for air and C for the sea. Average of 10 days rain in October. Plastic bag for dirty clothes. Toiletry bag (tooth brush, toothpaste, shampoo and shower gel, brush or comb, and beach towel). British adpater. Medication Nothing in suitcase Prescription medication only to be given to Helen or Dorothée 5 days before departure or at the last minute if necessary. Rucksack EPBI (given to pupils the week before we leave). Do not put: Please put: Liquids or drinks Sharp objects like scissors Mobile phones or tablets A purse with pocket money for Malta A packet of tissues and wet wipes Chewing gum A note book and pencil case with 2 pens and 2 pencils A book to read A camera if you want A packed lunch for the evening meal at the airport in Marseille: sandwich, fruit, cake or biscuit (no drinks!). Put the packed lunch in a ZIPLOC bag.
