The application will be discussed at the regular meeting of Council at the time and location noted above. Application No.: OSFA Applicant / Agent: Gordon Wright Location: 207 Black Church Road Ward: Rear of Leeds and Lansdowne Official Plan Designation: Rural, Provincially Significant Wetland Zoning: Rural (RU), Provincially Significant Wetland (PSW) Approximate Location of Furnace KEY MAP: Land subject to proposed exception. Also see Plot Plan showing the location of the proposed outdoor solid fuel combustion appliance. PURPOSE OF EXCEPTION The owner of the subject property wishes to install an outdoor wood burning furnace on a lot of approximately 57 acres. The outdoor wood burning furnace is proposed to go on the portion of the lot which is on the north side of Black Church Road. The lot is approximately 15.5 acres on the north side of Black Church Road measured outside of the Provincially Significant Wetland. If approved, it will be located within the required setbacks on the south and east side of the property and therefore requires the following exception to the above noted by-law: Reduction in the required setback from the south lot line (edge of Black Church Road) from 46 metres (150 feet) to 36.6 metres (120 feet). Reduction in the required setback from the east lot line from 46 metres (150 feet) to 22.9 metres (75 feet). Page 2 of 5 Page 1 of 2
