3 Fair Rules & General Information NO REFUNDS on gate admission, ride voucher, grandstand events. The following are NOT permitted on Fairgrounds: Pets, Weapons, Skateboards, Roller Blades, Metal Detectors, Bicycles & Soliciting.. Smoking, Tobacco use of any kind, Vaping of any kind. Kosciusko County Fair Board and Kosciusko County Community Fair, Inc. will not assume any responsibility for property, personal injury, or damage while exhibiting at the fairgrounds.. SANITATION STATIONS have been placed throughout the fairgrounds for your use. Please take precautions and remember that animals have different bacteria than humans. Avoid eating and drinking in barns Place pacifiers, bottles, and Sippy cups in diaper bags before entering livestock areas. Wash hands thoroughly upon exiting..
