Grandstand, Gate Admission & Ride Ticket Information To purchase tickets to any M&T Bank Grandstand event, for midway carnival rides or for gate admission, visit us online at DelawareStateFair.com or call (302) Adults 13 and older: $9; online $9.50 Youth 6-12 years of age: $4; online $4.50 Children 5 and under receive FREE gate admission 3-Day Adult Gate Pass: $18.50; only available for online purchase. Purchasing one pass gives you access to the Delaware State Fair on 3 different days, good for one scan daily. Limit one Pepsi discount per person. Monday, July 25: Food Lion Hunger Relief Day - Fairgoers can bring 5 items of Food Lion brand non-perishable food in exchange for one free admission ticket. Seniors Day - FREE gate admission for seniors 60 years and older. Tuesday, July 26: Kids Day - Free Admission to youth ages 12 and under. Wednesday, July 27: Armed Forces Day presented by Pratt Insurance - Free admission to those with a valid Military ID. Thursday, July 28: Seniors Day - FREE gate admission for seniors 60 years and older. Governor s Day - presented by Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield Delaware. Services Offered Parking is available at no charge. Note: The Delaware State Fair, Inc. and its officers and agents shall not be held responsible for any damages due to accidents, theft, etc. Shuttle Services are available, including handicapped accessibility. Shuttles carry passengers from the parking lot area to either the front gate or to Gate 7; limited on grounds services are also available. The Lost Children Station offers a place at the Main Gate where, under the direction of security, guardians can be reunited with their children. The Baby Changing Area presented by Procter & Gamble is located near the Main Gate. Baby changing stations are also found in most restrooms. Health Fair from 9am to 12pm in the Entertainment Tent in it s new location by the Machinery Lot. The Health Fair is presented by Sussex Child Health Promotion Coalition Delaware State Championship Youth Pedal Tractor Pull. Registration begins at 12pm and Pull starts at 2pm Kids Bike Rodeo presented by DelDOT 10am - 12pm Kidz Using Cake Mix Competition 9:30am in the Exhibit Hall Parade - Daily Grab your spot along the parade route to enjoy the Delaware State Fair nightly parade. The parade also features floats, antique tractors and the Citizens Hose Marching Band. Livestock Extravaganza July 26 - Kent Barn Watch some of Delaware s youth as they exhibit the combination of hard work and determination that it takes to raise the best animals in Delaware. Grand and Reserve Champion market hogs, sheep, goats and steer will be selected, as well as the Overall Grand Champion Showman. Presented by Delaware Department of Agriculture. Junior Livestock Auction July 28 - Kent Barn Public sale of the Grand and Reserve Champion and other top placing livestock. The Junior Livestock Auction completes an agribusiness education for the owners who selected, purchased and raised some of Delaware s finest livestock. Presented by MidAtlantic Farm Credit. FFA Ag Education Center July Next to the Quillen Arena The FFA Ag Education Center will be the home of the John Curtis Memorial Barnyard Petting Zoo as well as demonstrations and educational material during the first 5 days of the fair. This new feature may be found next to the Quillen Arena. Birthing Center July Next to the Quillen Arena Experience the miracle of birth! Visit the Birthing Center Tent to witness the birth of a calf and stay to see it take it s first steps.
