1 ADDENDUM TO INVITATION FOR BIDS Fortuna Union High School District Proposition 9 LED Lighting Retrofit Bid No Addendum #1 February 1, 017 To All Prospective Bidders: The Fortuna Union High School District (District) herewith issues Addendum No. 1 to the abovereferenced solicitation. This Addendum shall be made part of the Contract Documents and the bidder shall acknowledge receipt thereof on the Bid Proposal Form. Except as specifically modified by this document, all other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect. 1. Update to Appendix Itemized Scope of LED Retrofit Project for Fortuna Union High School District: Appendix is replaced in its entirety with a revised Appendix, starting on page of this addendum. Notes/comments on changes to Appendix : Line numbers have been changed in order to avoid confusion with locations or classroom names. Due to the upcoming seismic retrofit, lamp and fixture replacements in the Logan Gym (former Lines #F1 & F), have been removed from the scope of work. For interior fixture retrofits (i.e. Line # s 1 through 4 and 7, 8), quantities ( Qty ) listed refers to the number of fixtures, not the number of lamps. Some of the new wall packs (line 1) will not be found on the California Statewide Qualified LED Product List, as the replacements are traditional instead of cut-off fixtures For Scope Line, see photo of the existing fixture type and mount on page 7 of this addendum. Contractors will likely need to install proper junction boxes, wiring and mounting plates for the new replacement fixtures, as it appears that the existing fixtures/wiring are not up to code.. Change to Project Manager The Project Manager is now Patrick Owen at Redwood Coast Energy Authority (RCEA), powen@redwoodenergy.org, phone (707) , ext..
