3 Page 3 ITEM #2: The following language is hereby added to the solicitation terms and conditions: MANDATORY BIDDER SITE VISIT It is mandatory that prospective bidders inspect the project sites prior to submitting a bid at the time and date in the revised Calendar of Events. This will enable bidders to familiarize themselves witht the scope of work. Bidders must attend the site vistit at the time and date in the revised Calendar of events at the location provided below. The Site Visit Mandatory Attestation Individual Bidder Attendance form (Attachment C) must be completed by the Contractor and submitted with the bid package. The FWC will make a reasonable effort to answer verbal questions asked at the Site Visit, however, Bidders should clearly understand that verbal discussions held at the Site Visit shall not be binding on the FWC, and the FWC will only issue an official written response to verbal questions subsequently submitted in writing in accordance with the Deadline for Questions clause.
