6 The Road to an Updated Location Since January, the Hillier Ignite Foundation, Resort Stakeholders, and City Staff have: Listened and learned from the concerns from the 40th Street initial location and planning process Established a new proposed location with a welcoming adjacent property owner, with the Sheraton (Lyons) Worked one-on-one listening and addressing concerns of the Belvedere property owners (Willis) Reached out to adjacent property owners in close proximity to the site on the new location Coordinated with City Stakeholders in Public Works and Parks and Recreation for beach maintenance, ADA compliance, routine maintenance, and beach event programming Design consultants reached out to a national playground consultant for data regarding analysis of potential equipment usage Design consultants reached out to the equipment manufacturer for data regarding analysis of potential equipment usage for the Hillier Ignite Fitness Park layout These Issues were taken into account in developing the new site plan for City Council consideration.
