Located in Williamsburg, VA at Jamestown Beach Event Park, adjacent to the Jamestown Settlement and presented by the Virginia-Maryland Triathlon Series. This ride would not be possible without the support of the people of Williamsburg and James City County and the hundreds of volunteers. Training for a Ride, whether it being your first or twentieth, is a challenging endeavor and we know you have worked hard in the weeks and months leading up to this event. Getting to the starting line is a success in itself and we hope to make your Gran Fondo experience positive and fun while helping you to achieve your athletic goals. Myself and the rest of our team thank you for being here and will be doing everything possible to help you reach the finish line. 3 P A G E 3 Schedule of Events Friday June 5, 2015 Pre-Event Timeline 4-7:00pm: Packet pickup (Ride Site: Jamestown Beach Event Park 2217 Jamestown Rd. Williamsburg, VA) Saturday, June 6, 2015 Ride Day Timeline 6:30-8:30 am: Packet pickup (@ ride site) 7:20am: 100 milers line up to start at 7:30am sharp! 7:30am: 100 Mile RIDE STARTS 8:30am: 100k RIDE STARTS 9:00am: 30 Mile RIDE STARTS 11:30am: Post Ride Festival Starts 3:30pm: Course support will end 4:00pm: Post Ride Festival Ends Ride Day Parking Parking is available inside the Park about a 1/4 mile from the Start Area within immediate vicinity of the ride site. Look for the many volunteers and signs upon entry to the park for additional directions! DO NOT park on the main road leading into the Park or at the Jamestown Settlement. The main road is used to get emergency vehicles in and out of the ride venue. If you are coming on ride day bring you bike with you to the packet pick up area. 4 Physical Address P A G E 4 Ride Site: Jamestown Beach Event Park 2217 Jamestown Rd Williamsburg, VA Directions Packet Pickup Packet Pickup will be at the following times: Friday June 5th, 4 7:00pm at the Ride Site Jamestown Beach Event Park (Under the white tent) Saturday, June 6th, 6:30 8:30am at Ride Site (Under the white tent ) Things to bring with you to Packet Pickup: 1. Photo ID this is REQUIRED! No ID = No Ride!!! 2. Everyone Must sign a waiver at Packet Pick-Up! 3. Questions -Special notes about Packet Pickup 1. Adults Each adult must pickup their own Ride packet. 2. Minors Those under the age of 18 years old may have their parent/guardian sign waiver. 4

5 Bike Support The crew from Final Kick the official bike support sponsor of the Jamestown Gran Fondo will be available on and off the ride course to meet your ride day bike support needs. Stop by their tent for any last minute riding supplies or bike maintenance procedures! Aid Stations Multiple aid stations will be on each ride course. Water, Gatorade, Fruit, Snacks! Post Ride Food D rinks, fruit, cookies, chips, and assorted candy be provided free of charge to riders following the Ride. Smokin Joes will be on hand to supply BBQ to all the riders at the finish line. There will also be food available for sale. 5
