All Poster Presenters must disclose COI (Conflict of Interest) on the lower right-hand corner of the poster. Please download the form for the disclosure slide from the following website. Information for Chairs and Speakers in the congress web site : Oral Session Speakers and chairpersons are requested to come to the lecture room (AAPS Room Argos A ) by 15 min. prior to the starting time of the session. The next chairperson s seat is located at the right front of the room, and the next speaker s seat is located at the left front of the room. Please be seated at the chair. PC Preview Center 1. If video material is included in the presentation data, we recommend that you bring a laptop.

Please cancel the password, screensaver, and power-saving settings of your computer in advance. 2. The connection for the output connector is a Mini D-sub 15 pin. The resolution is XGA ( ). If you have a different output connector, please bring an appropriate conversion connector. Also, please remember to bring your computer s AC adapter. 3. Even if you bring your own laptop, please prepare a back-up data on media as well. 4. After the preview at the PC Preview Center, please take the laptop with you to the computer operator seats at the front left side of the AAPS room (Argos A). Precautions When Bring Media 1. The equipment that is available on the day uses Windows 7. Please note that it is not compatible with Macintosh. 2. The application software is limited to Windows PowerPoint 2007/2010/ Please use standard fonts such as Arial, Century, Times New Roman, etc. 4. In the media, please save the presentation data only. 5. Please check your data if it can run on the other PC beforehand. 6. Please check your data with Virus Scanner. 7. Please be sure to bring your back-up data.
