1 SHADE MED Meeting Rome, 23 rd 24 th November 2017 LOGISTICS - INFORMATION 1. LOCATION The SHared Awareness and DEconfliction (SHADE) MED forum will be held in Rome, 23 rd 24 th November 2017, and will be chaired by EUNAVFOR MED Op. SOPHIA Operation Commander. Working activities will be conducted at the F. Baracca Airbase General Defence Secretariat Headquarters Via di Centocelle 301 Rome. 2. ACCOMMODATION The choice of accommodation facility in Rome is your own responsibility. AIRBASE ACCESS Due to the strict base access regulations, all participants are kindly requested to forward to the SHADE MED organization the attached Administrative Questionnaire form, filled with the information requested in order to allow a safe and fast in-processing. It is mandatory for all visitors to carry along a valid ID Card or Passport handed out during the in- processing. Mobile phones are prohibited in EUNAVFOR MED OHQ.

4. TRANSFERS The SHADE MED Organization shall only provide: Transportation from Fiumicino Airport (departure time 14:30) to suggested hotel, on the arrival day (22 nd November 2017) if required;

Baracca airbase on 24 th November 2017 if required departure time 07:30; Transportation from F.

TRANSFERS The SHADE MED Organization shall only provide: Transportation from Fiumicino Airport (departure time 14:30) to suggested hotel, on the arrival day (22 nd November 2017) if required; Transportation from collection point hotel to F. Baracca airbase and back on 23 rd November 2017 if required - departure time 07:30; Transportation from collection point hotel to F. Baracca airbase on 24 th November 2017 if required departure time 07:30; Transportation from F. Baracca Airbase to Fiumicino Airport on the departure day (24 th November 2017) or to collection point hotel if required (departure time 14:30). Transfer plan will be updated if required. An actual transportation plan will be provided in the above listed hotels at 22 nd November. 5. MEALS SHADE MED Organization will provide: - Welcome coffee, coffee breaks and standing lunches on 23 rd 24 th November 2017; - Any other meals will be at the attendees expense. 6. DRESS - Military: Winter Service Uniform; - Civilian: business dress. 7. LOCATION: The F. Baracca Airbase is located in the south west of Rome, Centocelle district Via di Centocelle 301.

3 8. HOW TO REACH THE BASE: a. By car From Roma-Fiumicino International Airport, take A91 to Rome for 30 km. Take gate 26 Grande Raccordo Anulare/A90/E80 to Eur/Napoli/L'Aquila/Latina. Follow for17,3 km. Take gate to Roma-Centro/Tuscolana Follow Via Tuscolana to Via di Centocelle for 5 km. Turn right in Viale Marco Fulvio Nobiliore for 750m. From Rome-Ciampino International Airport, follow directions to Roma centro/autostrade, continue on Appia Nuova road, direction Grande Raccordo Anulare, (Napoli- Firenze-Tuscolana) 1.8 km, left exit Anagnina Tuscolana direction Roma Tuscolana 2.8 km Follow Tuscolana road for 4.1 km, Turn left in Viale Marco Fulvio Nobiliore 700m, turn right in via Papiria 1.1 km.
