IFAD-Laurentina metro station shuttle bus schedule Pick-up and drop-off points: IFAD headquarters across the road from the guardhouse at the main entrance, between Via Paolo di Dono 50 and 44; Laurentina metro station Viale Luca Gaurico Laurentina metro station IFAD Times: 7:40, 7:55, 8:10, 8:25, 8:40, 8:55, 9:10 and 9:25. IFAD Laurentina metro station Times: 16:45, 17:05, 17:20, 17:35, 17:50, 18:05, 18:20, 18:35 and 18:50. On Monday, 22 October a dedicated bus will leave IFAD after the end of the reception, at 19:45. Public bus: A public bus number 764 can also be taken from the Laurentina station (direction: Londra). The stop closest to IFAD is called Di Dono/Baldovinetti (6 stops from Laurentina station). Taxis: A taxi ride from the centre of Rome to IFAD takes approximately 30 minutes. Participants should double-check with their hotel for more precise travel times. Taxis from IFAD may be requested from the guardhouse at the main entrance. 1

2 Security and accessibility Security: Strict security measures are in place, including metal detectors and X-ray machines for baggage scanning. Participants with implanted electronic devices such as pacemakers should not go through the metal detectors but notify the security guards of their condition. All participants, excluding persons with a staff security pass issued by IFAD, FAO or WFP, are kindly requested to show their ID at the guardhouse at the main entrance to get access to the building. Accessibility: IFAD headquarters is fully wheelchair accessible and equipped with accessible restrooms on each floor. Registration Register and pick up meeting badges, immediately upon arrival at IFAD, at the registration desk located in the atrium on the ground floor. Meeting badges must be displayed at all times. Documents and interpretation Documents: The Agenda and the Concept Note of the conference will be available in English, French and Spanish. All documentation related to the conference can be found on IFAD's website, at the following link: Interpretation: Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in English, French and Spanish. Headsets will be made available to enable participants to select the language in which they wish to follow the discussions. Participants are kindly requested to leave their headsets on the table or chair before leaving the conference room. Services at Headquarters Banking: Banca Popolare di Sondrio, ground floor, close to the main reception area. Opening hours, 8:30 to 13:30 and from 14:30 to 16:00. Two cash dispensers (ATMs) are located in front of the bank. Medical services: The IFAD Medical Advisor and Nurse will be on the premises during the session and first-aid facilities are available on the ground floor in rooms B-033, B-034, B-035 and B-036. In case of medical emergencies, arrangements will be made for an ambulance. Such services would be arranged through the IFAD medical team. Wi-Fi: Log on as ifad_guest; password ifadguest. Internet café: Near the bar in the conference area, on the lower ground floor. Meals A welcome coffee will be available from 9:00 to 9:30 on the two days of the conference. Coffee breaks will be served around mid-morning and mid-afternoon. A lunch will be offered to all participants from 12:30 to 14:00 on the two days of the conference. A reception will take place on Monday, 22 of October from 17:30 to 19:30 in the conference area, on the lower ground floor. 2
