Faull JP Joined Swiss-Belhotel International in years experience in hotel management and operations, corporate development with The Peninsula Group, Hong Kong; Kingsgate International and Swiss-Belhotel International. Former Chief Executive of Kingsgate International Corporation Limited, a publicly listed hotel owning and management company in Australia and New Zealand including hotels operated by Hyatt International. Director and shareholder of the Mawland Management Group Australia. Director and investor in a number of private agricultural, property, management and consulting companies in Australia and New Zealand. Major shareholder and Managing Director of Faull Farms Limited, an award winning dairy farm consisting of 400 hectares, 1,150 cows operating in North Taranaki, New Zealand. Board Member of Venture Taranaki, New Zealand. Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA, NZ). Fellow of the Hong Kong Society of Accountants (FCPA). Voivenel is the Senior Vice President, Operations & Development for Middle East, Africa & India for Swiss-Belhotel International, spearheading the group s expansion in the region. He holds over 30 years of extensive international hotel and asset management experience with some of the world s leading and most prestigious hospitality brands including Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Prior to joining Swiss-Belhotel, Laurent was the Chief Executive Office of HMH Hospitality Management Holding for over three and a half years and was the primary driving force behind repositioning HMH as the Middles East s largest and most credible operator in the dry segment while setting in motion aggressive expansion. With a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), Laurent has a proven track record in areas of corporate mergers and acquisitions, hotel development and investment, multi-brand operations, as well as outstanding management experience across Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. 11

13 Our Presence in the Middle East & Africa The Middle East holds high significance for Swiss- Belhotel International with 17% of the global portfolio centered in the region. We have identified the Middle East, Africa and India as the key growth markets for us and have got an aggressive expansion strategy that is aimed at diversifying our offering in the region giving more choice to our guests with new destinations and products. Currently we have more than 3500 rooms under development in key markets in the Middle East such as Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Jordan, Egypt & Bahrain in addition to our existing hotels. 60% of our upcoming projects in the Middle East are in the upscale 4-star category, 15 % in luxurious 5-star category and the remaining in serviced residences and 3-2 star category. 13
