The construction of the property is incomplete and the building is partially roofed. There is no business currently running on the premises and construction is at a halt. The building has been divided into three independent shops/areas Shop/Area 1 Comprises of an open plan double volume workshop, with a reception area, two lockable offices, a storeroom, kitchen, change room with a toilet and shower and two separate toilets.
