2 IMPORTANT INFORMATION! PLAYER INFORMATION PACKAGE: Elite Field Hockey Camp will be green in 2018! Please be sure to keep the daily schedule on your phone and SAVE this Player Information Package for your reference all camp! REGISTRATION: MARKED ON THE MAP /Dorm Parking is provided in Lot 34 & the parking garage located immediately beside that ** Please park and walk your gear down to registration! SWIPE CARDS: Each camper will be issued a swipe card to enter the dorm and the suite. This must be handed back in or you will be charged $25.00 FENWAY HALL/DORM: MARKED ON THE MAP does have Air Conditioning and every Suite has a fridge and microwave LINEN: You must bring your own sheets, blanket, pillow, and towels PACKING LIST: Click HERE for a suggestion of gear and supplies to bring to camp! COMMUTERS: You can be dropped off at breakfast or at the field each morning. You will check in with your team coach each session. Check out is with Carlie Tarbell at the each night BEFORE you leave! HEALTH FORM: This is required to participate in the Elite FH Camp. Please HAND CARRY the health form to Registration on Sunday. You can supply a valid school health/sports form, please complete the Elite FH information and sign/date the Elite FH form on the back. 4 Program Guidelines & Rules Overnight campers that drive themselves, must turn in their keys & park in the correct spots Day Campers that drive themselves must check-in and out each day and may NOT use their car during the camp day. Check in is with your assigned groups/teams. Day Campers must check-out each night at the FH field with Carlie Tarbell Campers must attend ALL sessions attendance is taken at each session. Please BE PROMPT to all meetings and session. Pre-session ALL Camp meetings will be on the Field Hockey Field Be prepared for turf and indoor seminars for each session. Bring turf AND indoor shoes in your bags so that you can go to ANY surface for practice/games/meetings. NO Cleats inside ANY of the buildings - please! Attend all meals: Breakfast 7:30am 8:30am Lunch 11:30am 1pm Dinner 4:30pm 6:00pm If you are injured or sick please see the trainers or send someone to get them for you. Do not stay in your room during any session! Campers must report to each meeting. You may NOT leave campus without written permission from your parents and permission from the director, AINSLEE LAMB Please keep the dorm noise to a minimum - Be considerate of your teammates and fellow campers in the dorm. You MUST be in your room at 10:30pm for bed check attendance You will be DISMISSED and SENT HOME for: Alcohol / Drugs / Hazing / Tobacco use or possession Smoking Hazing or Initiations Missed sessions without permission Having visitors in the dorm Leaving campus without the proper permission If you are out of the dorm after 10:30pm curfew Camp Store is located in 1 st Floor Fenway Hall (see signs) T-shirts, shorts, sweat shirts & other apparel from YOLO & Northeastern Field Hockey Gear! Snacks, candy, water and Gatorade available to purchase at the camp store Pizza will be available to buy MON & TUES nights.
