2 CAMP OVERVIEW & WELCOME Offense-Defense would like to thank everyone for choosing O-D Football Camps. Our staff looks forward to working with your athlete and will continue to develop your player s potential both on and off the field. Please be sure to read this packet in its entirety. Enclosed are important camp forms that need to be completed, signed, and handed into us at camp. There is also important information that both you and your camper need to know before joining us for camp this summer. We welcome you to join us throughout the week to watch your camper s progress; all we ask is that you sign in at a designated area to obtain a field pass upon your arrival. For security purposes, O-D camps have a closed camp policy, meaning that parents are permitted in the dormitories only on the first and last day of camp and are NOT allowed in the cafeteria. We ask that parents attend Opening Ceremonies, Parent Orientation, and Closing Ceremonies. SLEEPOVER CAMPERS Sleepover campers are dropped off Sunday and remain on campus until Wednesday after Closing Ceremonies. Counselors and coaches supervise them 24 hours a day. Sleepover Campers are provided 3 meals per full day along with lodging. The first meal is lunch on Sunday and the last meal is lunch on Wednesday. EXTENDED DAY CAMPERS During the camp week, Extended Day Campers are to be dropped off at 8:30AM and are to be picked up at 8:30PM at an area designated on opening day. Offense-Defense provides lunch and dinner to Extended Day Campers. The first meal is lunch on Sunday and the last meal is lunch on Wednesday. DAY CAMPERS During the camp, week Day Campers are to be dropped off at 8:30AM and picked up by 4:30PM at an area designated on Opening Day. The first meal is lunch on Sunday and the last meal is lunch on Wednesday. Wednesday pickup is 6PM for all campers! EQUIPMENT RENTAL For those campers who do not have access to equipment for camp, Offense- Defense provides the equipment rental option. The cost is $60 ($80 after May 1st) and includes helmet and shoulder pads. Campers must provide their own chin strap, mouthpiece, pants (including thigh & knee pads/protectors), girdle, athletic supporter. These additional items can be purchased on our online store if needed. Visit ODSTORE.com for everything you'll need to bring at camp! ROOMMATE REQUESTS Sleepover Campers will be roomed according to age and size. On average, there are two campers per room. Offense-Defense will make its best effort to honor roommate requests but requests cannot be guaranteed. After May 1, roommate requests will not be accepted. Any unauthorized room exchanges will result in immediate expulsion from camp.
3 2017 CAMP SCHEDULE All times subject to change based on weather and other conditions. OPENING DAY PROCEDURE - SUNDAY Arrive at registration between 7:00AM and 8:45AM and have copies of all your forms already filled out. Players and Parents should be at the field by 9:00AM. Players should be dressed in FULL GEAR. Opening ceremonies will begin at 9AM, after which practice begins at 9:15AM for players and Parent Orientation begins for parents. DURING THE WEEK - SUNDAY THROUGH TUESDAY Lunch is included for all campers and begins at 11:45AM. If your child is a Day Camper, please pick him up at 4:30PM. If he is an Extended Day camper, please pick him up at 8:30PM. Parents are encouraged to stay for Opening Ceremonies, Parent Orientation, and all Practices & Games. Parents will not be permitted in the dorm or cafeteria areas after Opening Ceremonies. CLOSING DAY PROCEDURE - WEDNESDAY All games will be held roughly between 2:45PM and 5:45PM. Following the games, return rented equipment to avoid a $200 lost equipment fee. Sleepover campers can begin checking out of the dorm at 11:45am and must immediately return their keys after the game or there will be a lost key charge of $100. If you wish to rollover your remaining balance on your O-D Card, please fill out the Rollover Form which will be handed out throughout the camp week. You will only receive the Rollover Discount if you fill out and return the form AT CAMP. There will be no refunds of O-D Card balances. For a more detailed schedule please visit your individual location page at:

You now have the opportunity to rollover all of the remaining funds on your O-D Card towards payment for camp in By doing so, you will receive the 2017 camp price. Payments totaling at least $100 must be made by October 1, 2017 to secure any discounts. O-D CARD POLICY Parents may elect to provide their camper with spending money for the camp store and evening snacks without actually giving them cash. Offense-Defense allows parents to put money on a card that is much like a gift card. The camper can use the funds in the same manner as a declining balance debit account. An O-D account card is recommended for the safety of your camper s spending money. Please Note: Refunds are NOT provided for unused monies/balances on O-D Cards. ANY balance left on the card MUST be documented by the parents /guardians completion of a Rollover Form or used toward a purchase on store.o-d.com, otherwise, the balance will be forfeited.
