1 CAMPERS, please read these rules and discuss them with your parents/guardians. ALTO FRIO & GA/ACTEEN CAMP RULES 1. There will be daily inspection of cabins and camp grounds. They must be kept clean and presentable. 2. Indecent or un-christian speech, conduct, and dress are out of place at Alto Frio, and WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Pranks and practical jokes detract from the spiritual atmosphere, and can be dangerous and offensive. 3. No one is to be in anyone else s suitcase, hanging clothes, or personal items (make-up, toothpaste, shampoo, etc.) at any time. 4. Everyone is required to attend all Bible Studies, worship services, and other scheduled activities for her age group unless excused for illness in writing by camp nurse. I will attend all scheduled activities for my age group and will joyfully participate in them all week. 5. No camper (this includes girls and sponsors) is to leave the campgrounds without staff permission. 6. NIGHT RULES: Proper rest is essential for everyone to receive maximum benefit from camp. During lights out time, noise and unnecessary talking should be avoided. Please respect the rights of others to a good night sleep. I understand if I am caught outside my cabin after 11:00 pm without my sponsor, my parents will be called immediately and I will be sent home upon their arrival. 7. Wrist bands and name tags are to be worn to all activities. I will attend those activities on my schedule at the scheduled time. If the wrist band is removed or lost, a charge of $1.00 per band will be charged. Remember-NO WRIST BAND= NO FOOD OR ACTIVITIES! 8. Radios, CD players, tape players, Walkman s, ipods, Mp3 players, ipads, tablets, computers, or cell phones are not allowed at camp. ALL ELECTRONIC DEVICES SHOULD STAY AT HOME! 9. SWIMMING RULES: Campers must go to and from the pool and river with a bathrobe or coverup on. Swim only where and when lifeguards are on duty and when your age group is schedules to swim. Lifeguards have absolute authority. For the safety of all, your cooperation is expected. I will not cross the river for any reason. 10. Sponsor from your church will be in authority over campers from all churches. 11. DRESS RULES: Shorts, dresses, and skirts (No shorter then fingertip length while your shoulders are pushed down) can be worn for all activities except evening service. Bike shorts or leggings may be worn only if wind shorts are worn over them. Long pants, Capri pants below the knee, jeans, or modest dresses (no mini dress, or pj pants) are to be worn to the evening worship service. Please bring long pants for campfire service. No short shorts, bare midriffs, halter tops, or halter dresses, spaghetti straps, tube tops, or band shirts will be allowed. In order to swim a one piece swim suit must be worn. Bathing suits may be worn with wind shorts. NO TWO PIECE SWIMSUITS WILL BE ALLOWED (sponsors if you have questions or problems with your girls finding this please call Jenna at (210) ) Campers will not be allowed to wear shirts while swimming.

2 THIS SHEET MUST BE TURNED IN TO YOUR SPONSOR THE DAY YOU LEAVE FOR ALTO FRIO. I have read the Alto Frio and GA/Acteen Camp Rules. I understand that if I repeatedly fail to abide by rules my sponsor will call my parents/guardians and ask them to come to Alto Frio to get me and take me home. I promise to conduct myself in a Christ-like manner and pray every day that God will speak to me and others during camp. I have read all the rules on this form and agree to abide by the terms outlined therein and with all Alto Frio GA/Acteen Camp Regulations for my enjoyment and the safety of all participants of the Camp. 3 RELEASE OF LIABILITY I understand that parts of Area GA/Acteen camp may be physically/emotionally/spiritually demanding. I affirm that my health is good and that I am not under a physician s care for any undisclosed condition that bears upon my fitness to participate in Area GA Acteen Camp activities. I recognize the inherent risk of injury or disability in Area GA/Acteen Camp activities and understand that each participant must assume the risk of injury that could result from any of the activities. The Area GA/Acteen Camp and its staff go to great lengths to endure the safety of each camper. Therefore I release Area GA/Acteen Camp and its staff members from all liability for any injury to me from participation in Area GA/Acteen Camp activities. BRING ONE CHECK FROM YOUR CHURCH WITH THE REMAINING BALANCE TO BE PAID TO GA ACTEEN CAMP. REMEMBER THE NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED IT MUST BE PAID FOR CAMPER REGISTRATION WHETHER THEY COME OR NOT. DO NOT DEDUCT THIS AMOUNT FROM THE TOTAL CHECK IF CAMPERS DO NOT COME. REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF PROPER AMOUNT IS NOT GIVEN. PLEASE! NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED.
