Individual dorm camper registration form, ages 9 and above. Private room registration form for families with young children. VERY IMPORTANT NOTE!!!!!! As you register your campers, remember that you must provide a dorm monitor regardless of the number of junior-youth campers, and an additional monitor for every 7 campers. This is a necessity to meet State and camp guidelines for adult supervision. Thank you for your cooperation! Dorm monitors must complete an application and be approved by Camp Director prior to being accepted.
