1 Greetings Kids Camp Coordinator! We are thrilled that you choose to spend your summer with us here at Lake Williamson. Please fill out the Camp Coordinator Form on the Kid s Camp page of our website (ilsmonline.org/events/breakaway-kids-camp) right away to let us who you are. This will enable us to push out information and reports accurately to you. We will send out an notification to let you know each time the Camper Reports are available. New this year, the will contain a link to a Dropbox folder where you will download your church s Camper Reports as they are made ready, giving you access at your convenience. More information and detailed instructions will be included in the s as you begin to receive them. New this year is a step by step instruction manual to help your parents/guardians and volunteers complete their online registration. We have also modified the Personal & Pastoral Reference Forms to be completed digitally. During the registration process it will prompt your volunteers to send the form directly to their references. Please be sure and encourage your volunteers to submit a photo for their identification lanyard when they register so we can have it ready upon arrival. Payments will still need to be made by check from your church. We know this takes extra help from you but it is the best way to ensure camp remains at as low of cost as possible. There is a Financial Breakdown Sheet available for download on the Kids Camp Downloadable Forms Page (ilsmonline.org/kidscampforms) that will need to be sent into the ISM office with each check. It is important that you send in your Group Housing Form as soon as your students have registered. This allows us to complete rooming promptly and can let you know your Color and Housing assignments as early as possible. Do not forget to bring the Lice Check Form filled out and signed with you to Registration Check-In on Monday. No group will be allowed to enter camp without these Lice Checks having been completed prior to arrival. Coupon codes can be used online for discounts for those who qualify. They are as follows: Credentialed AG Ministers child ($30): PK2018MK; Royal Rangers Chartered Member ($10): CH2018RR; Mpact Girls Chartered Member ($10): CH2018MP. You will need to make your parents aware of these coupon codes as they have not been given out to them. **The RR and Mpact discounts are ONLY applicable to those who actively participate in a church that is chartered Should you have any questions you can reach the ISM office at ilsmonline@idcag.org or by calling Sincerely, The ISM Team **If you or a parent/guardian have a problem at any point during the online registration process, there is a Contact Us icon in the top right hand corner of the registration screen. This lists the technical support phone number to Campwise directly and they can guide anyone through an issue. That number is
