Girl Scout camp builds girls of courage, confidence, and character by providing opportunities for girls to eperience camp life on their own. Girl Scout camp focuses on the three keys to leadership: girls discover new skills within themselves, connect with others through team building and problem solving, and take action by making things better at camp and in their communities. Girl Scout camp provides a safe environment that encourages leadership, imagination, and acceptance as well as a community where girls feel less at risk. Mission Summer Camp Goals At Girl Scout camp we will: a. provide opportunities for campers to develop and improve on their leadership skills. b. nurture and develop campers personal accomplishments and responsibilities. c. educate campers on the importance of acceptance and tolerance. Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.

3 General Information Girl Scout camps are open to every girl in grades K-12. Girl Scouting values inclusiveness and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, ethnicity, seual orientation, socioeconomic status, national origin, or physical or developmental disability. Girls attending Girl Scout summer camp must register as members of Girl Scouts of the USA. A Children s Camp in New York State brochure listing NYS standards for camp operations will be available in all camp information packets. How to Register: Please register your daughter online via gswny.org. You may also submit a completed paper camp application form (both sides) and a $25 non-refundable deposit for each camp session to either our Rochester or Buffalo office (by mail, fa, or hand delivery) and we will be happy to upload your registration for you. No walk-in registrations at camp will be accepted. Financial aid applications can be completed online with your camp registration. Any application that is not completed in full can result in delays or denial of financial assistance. Payment is due no later than two weeks prior to the start of camp. Cookie Gift Cards cannot be used on the online registration system. They may be used toward your camp balance or put on account at our camp tuck shops. Cookie Gift Cards cannot be used toward your camp deposit. If using Cookie Gift Cards for camp balance, payment can be made at any of our Girl Scout Service Centers. All deposits and camp balances can be paid by electronic check or credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Epress) through the online registration system or at one of our Girl Scout service centers. If your child is not yet a registered Girl Scout, please check the appropriate bo on the camp registration form and pay the additional $15 Girl Scout registration fee. Early Bird Discount Available for registered Girl Scouts of Western New York members only. To receive the Early Bird Discount of $20 for all GSWNY resident (overnight) camps, registration forms must be received online or at the Girl Scout office on or before Friday, March 31, 2017, at 4:30 p.m. Applications received after 4:30 p.m. will be considered the net day s business and ineligible for the discount. Additional Information Due to the sensitive nature of the registration and health information being entered into CampDoc.com, this site will only work with the following newer internet browsers: Internet Eplorer version 10 or higher, Google Chrome version 38 or higher, Firefo version 30 or higher, Safari version 6 or higher. If you do not have a computer, visit one of our council offices and register your daughter via our computer kiosks. Each program must have a minimum of five (5) participants. This may vary depending on the program and vendor request. Parents/Guardians: Summer Camp is very popular and our programs can fill up very quickly. To ensure your child is placed in her favorite camp program, we strongly recommend that you register early. We will accept camp registrations throughout the summer but cannot guarantee availability. More the Merrier Discount This discount applies to resident and day camp programs for registered Girl Scouts of Western New York members only. The first registered girl pays the full camp fee. Each additional session or additional sibling may deduct $10. All registration forms for multiple sessions and/or siblings must be received at the same time. Family & Friends programs ARE NOT eligible for the More the Merrier Discount. Programs at Resident Camp During your child s stay at camp, she will have the opportunity to eperience the wonders of camp life. If she is signed up for a specialty program such as horseback riding, ropes challenge course, or out-of-camp trips, the majority of her time will be spent in that program. Regardless of her program choice, your child will participate in at least one cookout and one overnight eperience during her week at camp. She will also have an opportunity to swim or boat (her choice) at least twice throughout the week. Other general activities such as arts and crafts, nature, drama, sports, hiking, and camp songs will also be available. 2

4 General Information Receipt of Registration: Upon completion of your daughter s online camp registration form, you will receive: A receipt of payment or balance owed via generated by the registration software. A link to direct you to download the summer camp information packet. If you are opting to do a paper registration, a receipt of registration, a balance owed form, and the summer camp information packet will be mailed to you. Campers that Require Reasonable Accommodations Parents and Guardians/Troop Leaders: The Girl Scouts of Western New York wants to provide a positive summer camp eperience to every girl. If your child/troop requires special accommodations (transportation, diet, food restrictions, etra supervision, other, etc.) while at camp, please contact the Director of Outdoor Program NO LATER than 4 WEEKS prior to your child s camp session at or summercamp@gswny.org to discuss the possible accommodations that could safely and reasonably be made for your child. A First-Rate Staff The members of our camp staff are committed to working with every camper so each has a positive camp eperience. Camp staff members provide encouragement to girls and mentor them as they develop positive moral values, a healthy self-image, a commitment to learning, social competencies, and empowerment as well as learn how to use their time constructively. Girls also learn about teamwork and a healthy respect for diversity. Staff selection is based on a set of stringent, verifiable qualifications. Waterfront staff members are required to have American Red Cross Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor Certifications. (WSI for waterfront director only) All staff members receive certification in First Aid and CPR before camp sessions begin. Specialty staff (e.g., for our horseback riding, waterfront, and the adventure challenge courses) possess required certification/ training prior to being hired. Staff attend a week-long training session that includes, but is not limited to, child development, risk management, and safety. Seasonal Employment Opportunities We currently have openings for summer camp counselors. If you are interested or know of someone who is interested in working at camp this summer, please visit gswny.org to view our current positions and fill out an application. Refund Policy No refunds will be given without three weeks prior notice of scheduled camp session. No refunds will be given if a camper attends part of a session, then wants to go home. Have you reviewed or taken the Ready for Camp quiz? It is located at gswny.org No refunds will be given if a camper arrives for a camp session late or leaves a camp session early. No refunds will be given if a camper is sent home early from camp due to violating the camper/parent agreement. Inclement Weather Parents, Guardians, Troop Leaders: Please note that, for safety reasons, all of our horseback riding, ropes challenge course and water programs may be canceled when the weather conditions are unfavorable. When this occurs, alternative activities will be provided. Refunds will not be issued when programs are canceled due to weather. 3 Refunds will be considered for the following reasons only: The registrar is notified three (3) weeks prior to the start of a girl s camp session. The refund consists of camp program fees minus the $25 non-refundable deposit. A girl has a health issue (supported by physician s written recommendation) that prevents her from attending camp. Every effort will be made to place her in an alternate week of camp or a full refund of the registration and camp fees will be made. If a girl/troop cannot be placed in the program(s) of her choice, a full refund of camp fees will be made. If a camper must attend summer school, as verified in writing by the school, a full refund of camp fees less the $25 deposit will be made.

6 5 Camp Seven Hills Information Camp Seven Hills is located in Holland, New York, and encompasses approimately 620 acres of woodland paths, sunny meadows, ponds, streams and hills. The camp facilities includes a lake, pool, a central dining hall, shower houses, cabin and platform tent units, a vast sports comple, horse stables and riding areas and a high and low ropes challenge course. At Camp Seven Hills girls entering grades 1-12 will have an opportunity to participate in a variety of activities such as swimming, boating, arts & crafts, ropes challenge course program, horseback riding and out of camp trips. The perfect resident camp setting for your daughter(s) to meet and make new friends, learn more about her abilities and share the joy of summer with others. Many campers return summer after summer for that "special something" they say Camp Seven Hills provides. Camp is Open July 9 to August 11, 2017 Our Resident Camp Theme for 2017 is Camp is Calling... How will you answer? Resident Camp Open House: CAMP SEVEN HILLS: Olean Road (Rt 16), Holland, NY Thursday, July 6, 2017 from 5 to 8 p.m. Tours of Camp Seven Hills will be ongoing throughout this evening. While at camp, you will get a firsthand look at our top-notch facilities. Spend the evening meeting our qualified staff and observing Camp Seven Hills in its summer operation. Stop by the Tuck Shop for a look at our new summer merchandise. You can also register your daughter for camp, if you haven't done so. Open House will be on the Goodyear side of camp only. General Camp Programs Our general programs provide an opportunity for girls to try all that camp has to offer! Campers, along with their counselors, plan what they would like to do and set their schedule for the week. All campers will participate in swimming, arts and crafts, boating, cookouts, campfires and overnights. Please note: campers will have the opportunity to choose skills/activities that they would like to learn more about. This could be archery, boating, ropes challenge course, nature, sports or a program/skill led by our talented staff. Girls will spend time learning about the skills/activities of their choice and then have an opportunity to choose different skills/activities to finish out their week. Resident Camp Hours: Camp operates from Sunday at 1 p.m. to Friday at 7 p.m. Visiting Camp: Family members, friends and general visitors can meet the staff and tour the camp during our Seven Hills open house or when girls are brought to camp on Sunday. Learn to Swim If you would like your daughter to have swim lessons while she is at camp please indicate this on her camp application form. The cost will be $10 per person. She will take swim lessons daily weather permitting. (Please note that if your daughter is registering for an out-of-camp trip the majority of her time will be spent out of camp and it is not recommended to sign her up for swim lessons). Sleeping Accommodations: Girls in grades 1-3 will be placed in sleeping lodges with staff supervision, participate in activities as a group and are always accompanied by qualified staff. Girls in grades 4-12 will be placed in sleeping tents (platform/ cabin tent) with other girls (4-5 per tent). Staff will have separate sleeping tents (platform/cabin tent) within the same unit near or adjacent to the girls tents.

7 2017 Resident Camp Programs at Camp Seven Hills Specialty Programs Our specialty programs offer campers a general program eperience with more time allotted to eplore specific interests. Campers in the specialty programs will have opportunities to participate in swimming, arts and crafts & boating and will fully participate in cookouts, campfires and overnights. Horseback Riding: No riding eperience necessary in order to participate in our horse programs, but girls must be comfortable around horses. Groupings will be based on riding ability and rated by the riding staff. Just a Taste OF THE HORSE SPECIALTY PROGRAMS If you want your daughter to get just a sample of the Seven Hills horse program now is your chance. For an additional fee of $75 girls can sample horseback riding while still participating in their general program. Sampling will consist of two opportunities to ride the horses for 1 hour each and eplore the horse program at Camp Seven Hills (weather permitting). Please indicate Just a Taste while registering your daughter for camp. Ropes Challenge Course: Girls should be in good physical condition if participating in one of our ropes course programs. The ropes course programs are done in a progression. Girls will start the week with team building and trust games, progress to the low course and finish out their week on the high course. Girls will have time to participate on the high course elements at least once. All low and high course element usage is contingent on the weather. Sleep in our cool Brownie Lodge while you enjoy swimming, games, arts & crafts, cookouts and other samples of camp life. Don t forget to bring your best friend along with you. 3 July 23-28, 2017 : July 10, 2017 My Second Time If you re up to spending a week at camp having fun and playing hard, then this program is for you. Swimming, nature, outdoor cooking, games, drama, arts and crafts and sports are just some of the cool activities that await you. Take an overnight with your unit and share songs, laughter and fun. 6

8 Resident Camping AT CAMP SEVEN HILLS Specialty Programs for girls in grades 1-3 in Fall July 9-14, 2017 Fee: $340 per person June 26, 2017 for session 1 Pony Pals This introductory program will help girls get to know the basic ins and outs of the horse program. Girls will get their first introductory horse lesson, take a tour of the barn, meet the horses, and start from the ground up with proper grooming, feeding, mounting, dismounting and tack care. All of the etras of camp will complete this eciting week. Show your family and friends what you learned at Friday s mini horse demonstration. Girls will have at least one introductory horse lesson and one guided horse ride. Girls must wear long pants and boots with 3/4-inch heel. 1 - July 9-14, July 23-28, 2017 June 26, 2017 for session 1 July 10, 2017 for session July 16-21, July 30 to Aug. 4, 2017 July 3, 2017 for session 2 July 17, 2017 for session 4 Silly Scientists Attention little scientists: it s time to work in the lab to make really cool and eciting science eperiments. Have fun with your fellow scientists as you create mitures such as bubbles, crystals or rock candy. Oh, the creativity and eperiments will be endless. Girls will earn requirements towards the following petal and skill builder - Daisy Gloria s Petal (Respect Myself and Others) Brownie Home Scientist The Magic of Dr. Seuss Do you like to rhyme? What about making slime? Join us for a week of fun in the sun! The Cat in the Hat will join us at Camp Seven Hills so he can try new skills with you! Come take a dip in the pool while you are off from school! Bring your favorite Dr. Seuss book and create a new look! Get ready to inspire as you learn to cook over a fire. Turn your unit into your very own secret FBI or CIA headquarters as you create secret codes to communicate with your secret agent pals. Practice your secret agent map, compass and trail sign skills to leave clues for your fellow agents to follow on a secret mission. Plan a secret agent treasure hunt to complete your mission and save the day. Seven Hills Top Chef Calling all aspiring chefs. Do you want to be the net Giada De Laurentiis or Rachel Ray? If you enjoy cooking and want to learn more, this program is for you. Spend your week spicing it up in the kitchen of Seven Hills. Girls will work with professionals in the cooking industry preparing a variety of desserts, snacks, side dishes and more. Take a trip to Tops Cooking School and work with their chefs on preparing great meals you can share with family and friends. Camp Adventure Girl Spend your week at camp learning the necessary skills of a Camp Adventure Girl. Build your own shelter and tools using rope, tarps, and materials you find in the natural environment around you. Practice your outdoor cooking and fire building skills, pitch a tent and learn the basics of first aid in the wilderness. Learn to obtain potable water by making your own solar still. Do you have what it takes to be a Camp Adventure Girl? Successful completion of this program will gain you membership into the Camp Adventure Club. Where s Your Spirit? Test your skills on elements such as Islands in the Sky, Two-Line, Catwalk, Dangle Duo, Burma Bridge or Zip-Line. It s up to you. Girls will earn the Seven Hills ropes course patch along with the activity rider for each ropes course element that they participate on. Climbing Masters X s Two with trip! Spend not one, but two weeks challenging yourself and mastering the elements of the Seven Hills Ropes Course. Then on Saturday of this two-week program it s off to Camp Piperwood to eperience their adventurous ropes course. All of the great ropes course elements of Seven Hills and Piperwood are available for your group to choose. Girls will earn the Seven Hills ropes course patch along with the activity rider for each ropes course element that they participate on. Canter Up This riding program is open to riders at ALL LEVELS beginner to advanced. The emphasis will be on the rider's position, control of the horse and stable management, including basic barn chores, grooming, cleaning of the stalls, and feeding of the horses. Lessons will be given based on ability and girls will perform a small horse presentation at the end of the camp week. Campers will earn the horse patch with rider level/s. A Horse of Course This equestrian program includes all levels of horseback riding. Lessons will focus on balance, seat equitation, control at a walk & trot (canter for more advanced riders) skills and horse management including basic barn chores, grooming, cleaning of the stalls, and feeding of the horses. At the end of your two weeks have a Mini Horse Show for family and friends and win prizes for showmanship and sportsmanship. Campers will earn the horse patch with rider level/s. Girls participating in the two week programs will remain at camp the entire two weeks. 8

10 Resident Camping AT CAMP SEVEN HILLS 4 July 30-Aug. 4, 2017 : July 17, 2017 for session 4 General Programs for girls in grades 7-12 Fall 2017 Eperience the Thrill of it All This general program will provide you and your tent mates with opportunity to choose the general programs that are right for you. TWO WEEKS July 16-28, 2017 Fee: $490 per person July 3, 2017 Girls participating in two-week programs will remain at camp the entire two weeks. The Lazy Days of Summer Spend your time at Seven Hills lazing your days away. Sleep in late in the morning if you so choose, lounge by the pool during the day or just catch up on one of your favorite books. The decision is yours to make during these relaing weeks at camp. Specialty Programs for girls in grades 7-12 Fall 2017 TWO WEEKS 2-3 July 16-28, 2017 Fee: $630 per person July 3, 2017 Crazy for Horses This equestrian program includes all levels of horseback riding. You can do all of this while still enjoying the splendors of camp life. Girls will earn the Seven Hills ropes course patch along with the activity rider for each ropes course element that they complete. 9

Specialty Programs for girls in grades 7-12 Fall 2017 Little Cabin-Tent on the Prairie Let the stories of the Little House book series come to life for you! Daily activities will include making soap, dipping candles, making gingerbread cookies, cooking Dutch oven treats, weaving your very own placemat or pot holder and so much more. Swimming, outdoor cooking, songs, laughter and friends are also included. The Seven Hills Amazing Race You have seen it on TV. Now it is your chance to do it at camp! Girls will test their teamwork to overcome and conquer challenges across si countries in camp. Road blocks might include climbing, shelter or raft building, archery, canoeing, tent pitching, fire building, outdoor cooking, kayaking and more. It s non-stop adventure to the end! Oh yeah, you will also take a trip to Lasertron for games, laughter and pizza. After a hard night of play, sleep late the net morning with time to enjoy your favorite camp activities in the afternoon. Girls must be at least 46 inches tall in order to participate at Lasertron. Heads Up & Heels Down! This program is open to riders with skills at ALL LEVELS beginner through advanced. The emphasis will be on the rider's position, how to control your horse and stable management including basic barn chores, grooming, cleaning of the stalls, and feeding of the horses. Girls will receive lessons based on their riding ability and will perform a small horse presentation at the end of the camp week. Campers will earn the horse patch with rider level/s. There will be lots of time for swimming, arts and crafts, overnights and much more. You Won the Golden Ticket to NYC! Spend the week adding glitter and elbow grease to what it takes to become a rising star. Learn some of the ins and outs of the theatre-- try your hand at set design, make-up, designing costumes and more. Spend Tuesday and Wednesday of this special week traveling to NYC to see Charlie Bucket, Grampa Joe, Veruca Salt, Willy Wonka, the Oompa-Loompas and the rest of the cast in the Broadway production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. You will also partake in a Broadway Classroom with professionals from the cast of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. While there, you will recreate a true Broadway rehearsal taken right from a scene of the famous musical and upon completion will receive the Girl Scout Broadway Classroom patch. Time will be left to take a tour of Central Park Zoo, visit Rockefeller Plaza and the Girl Scouts of the USA headquarters along with a little shopping in Times Square. Swimming, arts and crafts, s mores, laughter and friends are also included. Junior Counselors in Training (JCITs) learn the fundamentals of leadership, camp management, childcare and the safety and risk management aspects of running a camp program. A participant must demonstrate appropriate maturity for her age, have leadership potential, a positive attitude and be able to work well with others. Junior CITs can access all of the basic camp programs, (e.g., swimming, eploring nature, arts & crafts and relaing around campfires.) This is a two-week program, but girls go home over the weekend. No application, interview or references required. CIT (Counselor In Training) This four-week course will concentrate on the fundamentals of the Girl Scout Camping program, counseling techniques, leadership, self-esteem, and provide skills that are necessary when working with younger campers. Participants will plan and assist with the supervision of activities, as well as assist with instruction supervised by senior staff. The CIT program is a recognized training program throughout the country and is a recommended prerequisite for summer camp employment. CITs will receive certification in First Aid and CPR and their CIT pins upon successful completion of this program. Prospective CITs will receive an additional application packet that must be completed prior to the start of the program. CIT/Riding Instructor This four-week riding program is for girls who wish to teach riding at the camp level. Concentration will include etended riding and teaching skill training, as well as counseling techniques, leadership, self-esteem and ways to work with younger campers. Trips for GSWNY Camp Adventure Club Members Entering Grades 4-6 in the fall of 2017 Discover The Great Outdoors at Letchworth State Park: Camp Seven Hills Discover the beauty of Letchworth State Park, located in Castile, New York. Spend 2 nights and 3 days participating in team building activities, eploring the beautiful scenic views of the Letchworth Gorge and the falls. You will also spend time learning the fundamentals of backpacking, compassing, knot tying, fire building, shelter building, learning the basics of Leave No Trace, outdoor cooking and low impact camping. You will develop an itinerary, pack your backpack and hike the trails. Going on Safari: Camp Seven Hills Girls, you will spend part of your week traveling to Ohio to participate in the Safari Eperience at The Wilds. Located in Cumberland, Ohio, The Wilds is one of the largest wildlife centers in the world. While there you will sleep overnight and partake in activities such as hands-on land projects or shelter building. A good portion of your time will be spent on an open-air safari tour. You will encounter amazing creatures such as rhinos, giraffes, camels, cheetahs and endangered species. Interpretive guides will educate you about advancing the conservation of these wonderful animals through science and personal eperiences. Your adventures continue as you travel to the Center of Science and Industry located in Columbus, Ohio. While here you will visit 4 floors of over a 1,000 hands-on and interactive ehibits in areas of Health and Life, History and Earth and Physical Science and Technology. Conquer your fears and test your balance as you ride the highwire cycle that is 20 feet in the air and finish your visit with a movie in their 3D IMAX center. Your last destination is to the number one zoo in the country the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium also located in Columbus, Ohio. 12

July 16-28, 2017 Fee: $630 per person June 5, July 30-August 4, 2017 Fee: $ 330 per person Registration Closes July 17, Trips for GSWNY Camp Adventure Club Members Entering Grades 7-12 in the fall of 2017 Scuba Diving Eplorers: Camp Seven Hills Eperience the underwater world through a mask, snorkel and breathing device. Professional Scuba instructors from Dip N Dive will take you through every step necessary for you to obtain your Jr. Open Water Diver or your Open Water Diver scuba certification. Spend your week at camp training in our Seven Hills pool covering the first phase of your certification. Spend your second week completing the second phase open water dive, (with overnight) conducted at the Windmill Quarry, located in Fort Erie, Canada. When you surface, don t forget to leave time for all of the other great activities at Seven Hills. Participants must meet the basic swim requirements and health requirements set by Dip N Dive. If they do not, they will be placed in an alternate program at camp. (basic swim consists of 200- yard swim, treading water for 10 minutes and floating for 10 minutes.) All participants are required to attend a scuba orientation on Tuesday, June 6, 2017, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Buffalo Girl Scout Service Center. This is considered the first class of the program. If there is a scheduling conflict please contact Janet DePetrillo, Director of Outdoor Program at Girls participating in the program must have their original birth certificate or passport with a parent consent letter in order to cross the border. Parent consent letters will be provided at the orientation meeting. Ropes and Rocks: Camp Seven Hills Spend 4 days and 3 nights improving your rock climbing skills. Certified professional instructors from Escarpment Outdoor Adventures (EOA in Canada will guide you through this very challenging epedition. You will be rock climbing and rappelling down the mountain rock faces of Rattle Snake Point Conservation in Milton Ontario, Canada. At night camp-out, prepare meals and share loads of laughs with friends under Canada s beautiful starlit skies. Girls participating in the program must have their original birth certificate or passport with a parent consent letter in order to cross the border. Parent letter and information about the trip will be ed to parents/guardians prior to the start of the program session. The name Rattlesnake Point is derived from early settlers who felt that the old township road resembled a rattlesnake s coil. Girls must not be afraid of heights and should be in good physical condition to participate. Girls receive training prior to climbing Girls participating in the program must have their original birth certificate or passport with a parent consent letter in order to cross the border. 16 Camp Timbercrest Information Camp Timbercrest is located on 900 beautiful acres of the Allegheny forest in Randolph, NY. The camp facilities includes a 31-acre lake, numerous hiking and horseback riding trails, a central dining hall, shower house, cabin and platform tent units and horse stables. Camp Timbercrest is the perfect setting for girls in grades 1-12 to eperience a great traditional summer camp program. Girls will have an opportunity to participate in a variety of activities such as swimming, boating, sailing, kayaking, arts & crafts, archery and horseback riding. While at Camp Timbercrest your daughter(s) will be able to meet and make new friends, learn more about her abilities and share the joy of summer with others. Resident Camp Hours: Camp operates from Sunday at 1 p.m. to Friday at 7:00 p.m. Visiting Camp: Family members, friends and general visitors can meet the staff and tour the camp during our Timbercrest open house or when girls are brought to camp on Sunday. 20 Financial Assistance Financial assistance can now be requested with online camp applications! Please remember to provide/upload all required income verification documents. Funding for financial assistance is limited and early applications are encouraged. Our Financial Assistance Fund is available to help defray camp costs for Girl Scouts registered with Girl Scouts of Western New York, Inc. The assistance is intended to supplement the applicant s own contribution to the cost of camp. All information will remain strictly confidential. Aid applications are on the back of the Day and Resident Camp Registration forms. Note: Financial aid is available for only one (1) program choice per girl. To be considered for financial assistance, you must meet the following criteria: Camper MUST be a registered Girl Scout member of the Girl Scouts of Western New York, Inc. Applications should be submitted online or to a Girl Scout Service Center as early as possible and no later than June 1, (Applications received after the deadline date may not be funded.) Campers must NOT be delinquent in payments to the council for cookies, QSP merchandise, programs, or prior years camp fees. Steps to Apply for Assistance Fill out one camp application for each girl. Complete the Financial Aid - Household Income Information. Identify a specific dollar amount the family can contribute. Write an eplanation of why you are requesting financial assistance as detailed on the application. Provide the income verification documents.
