Frank was born in 1912 and has lived in Elko all of his life. As a World War II veteran, Frank served his tour in Europe. Upon returning to Elko he was a mechanic. In 1951 he entered a partnership with Sam Etcheberry and began the Elko Blacksmith Shop, which he continues to be part of daily active business. Frank is married to his lovely wife, Elena Lugea Arregui, who is also an Elko native. Together they have two daughters and 4 grandchildren. Father Tillous comes to us from directly from the Basque Country and plans are being in this country for six years. After finishing grade school in Esquile, the province of Xuberoa, he went to Bayonne to begin his education in the priesthood. Father Tillous was ordained a priest in Bayonne, in Father Tillous spent 11 years in Ivory Coast, Africa, as a chaplain of a University. After his time there he spent 4 years in Larrau Xuberoa, as a Chaplain for the "Catholic Col1lillittee to Fight Hunger". In 1979 Father Tillous returned to Abidjan, Africa, until 1990 when he was appointed to be the Chaplain of the Basques in Paris, where he served m1til recently.
