2 Yankirga is a splash into the Art of Yoga through Yantra Painting, Kirtan, Asana and Quantum Light Breath. Join with other spirited yogis for 4 days and 3 nights of art, movement, laughter, food and love. YANTRA W/ ANDREW Simply put, a Yantra is a visual representation of the resonance of a Mantra. These iconographic images have been handed down through the ages by the Saddhus and seers of ancient India. Yantra painting is complimentary to, and an integral part of, Japa Mantra and Yoga Asana practices. Students that create Yantra under Andrews guidance gain the tools for concentration, focus, centering and strengthening their sense of connection to the Divine. INVERSION WORKSHOP W/ APRIL This workshop is designed to empower confidence in inversions headstands, handstands and arm balances. An inversion practice will lift the mood and create a sense of accomplishment. Each individual will find physiological benefits by maintaining a regular inversion practice. You will learn to gracefully and safely go upside down in a playful, controlled and focused manner. How to use walls, partners, and props for the many variations of headstand, shoulder stand, handstand and forearm balance. TEMPLE PARTY Come and party at the Harbin temple. A two and half hour yoga class with electronic kirtan and conscious bhakti music dj ed with live performances throughout the class. The class will led by Phillip Bibb. Musicians and kirtan singers are invited to participate. GROUP DINNER PREP AND FEAST w/ CURT-i Late afternoon on Sunday we will gather and prepare a great vegan / vegetarian / raw meal as a Bhakti family. QUANTUM LIGHT BREATH W/ RICHARD The Quantum Light Breath is a breathing meditation process that accelerates personal transformation by releasing withheld feelings and revealing unconscious programs. It is designed to take participants into an expanded state of consciousness and ultimately into blissful embodiment. YOGA w/ PHILLIP This class will be active and challenging, although you are highly encouraged to participate at your own pace and level. Phillip brings his background in bodywork and counseling blended with yogic alignment and vinyasa flow into every class. Be ready to concentrate, meditate, breathe, smile, laugh and dance and feel inspired. Namaste!

All scheduled activities are OPTIONAL, but please feel welcome to share and play with the group as much as you feel inclined to. And, take food breaks, hiking breaks, soaking breaks and napping breaks as often as you like, in groups or individually during any scheduled activity.

4 Retreat Contribution is $ Includes: All workshop activities. Entry into Harbin Hot Springs from 12 noon Friday February 1, 2013 until 10:00pm Monday February 4, This includes 24 hour use of Mainside pools and sauna library, Stonefront and hiking trails and access to the Harbin Market and Restaurant during business hours. Also included are 3 daily yoga classes in the Temple and all other scheduled retreat center events. Outside camping, vehicle and / or tent or inside camping in the workshop building, (Meadow Building). There will be a vegetarian buffet will be catered and served 5pm on Friday and will be available throughout the evening, early afternoon on Saturday and will be available throughout the day. A group vegetarian meal will be prepared by members of the group that would like to participate with prep assistance by the caterer. Retreaters may bring their own food and store it and prepare it in the Meadow Building kitchen. There is also a community kitchen for use at the Mainside pool area. The Harbin Market prepares a daily vegetarian buffet that is available from noon until closing daily. The Harbin Restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner daily. The Blue Café is open daily and serves coffee drinks and bagels and pastries.

5 Driving Directions Harbin's street address is Harbin Springs Road, Middletown, CA Harbin Springs Road is a narrow, curving road with no shoulders and poor visibility. You may suddenly encounter cattle, deer, other wildlife, walkers, joggers or bicyclists, so please drive slowly and carefully. (Driving through Napa Valley, the Lincoln Ave/CA-29 turnoff is in Calistoga, NOT the Lincoln Ave exit in Napa. Also, be aware that some onboard navigation systems have lead those driving through Cobb onto the unpaved Bogg Mountain Springs fire road. Do not attempt to access Harbin on this road. If you find yourself on an unpaved road on the way to Harbin, turn around.) From San Francisco via Santa Rosa Drive north on US-101 through Santa Rosa. Exit at River Road/Mark West Road. Turn right on Mark West Springs Road. This road becomes Porter Creek Road after about 5 miles, and eventually ends at a flashing red light after another 4 miles. Turn left onto Petrified Forest, following signs for Calistoga, for approx. 5 miles. Turn left onto Foothill Blvd/CA-128, and drive less than a mile. Turn right onto Tubbs Lane, and drive for 1.3 miles. Turn left onto CA- 29, driving 15 miles into Middletown. (This is a curvy, mountainous road.) Once you arrive in Middletown, turn left onto Hwy 175. Drive three short blocks to Barnes St. (Big Canyon Rd.) and turn right. Drive 1.2 miles to Harbin Springs Road, turning left at the fork at the top of the hill. Follow road for 2 miles to our gate house. Harbin Reception: From the East Bay via Napa Valley Take I-80 east past the town of Vallejo. Exit at Marine World Pkwy/CA-37 toward Napa, and drive 2.5 miles. Exit Right on CA- 29, driving for 39 miles to Calistoga. OPTIONAL: Once in the Napa Valley, you have the option of taking the scenic Silverado Trail instead of the traffic-heavy CA-29. Turn right to leave CA-29 at Trancas, then turn left on Silverado heading north. You will turn right onto CA-29 just north of Calistoga. Turn Right on CA-29 through the town of Calistoga, driving 18 miles to Middletown. (This is a curvy, mountainous road.) Once you arrive in Middletown, turn left onto Hwy 175.

6 Drive three short blocks to Barnes St. (Big Canyon Rd.) and turn right. Drive 1.2 miles to Harbin Springs Road, turning left at the fork at the top of the hill. Follow road for 2 miles to our gate house. Harbin Reception: From Sacramento via Williams Drive North on I-5 for 58 miles to the town of Williams. Exit West on CA- 20 for 37 miles. Turn Left onto CA- 53, which turns into CA-29 south, into Middletown. Once you arrive in Middletown, turn right onto Hwy 175. Drive three short blocks to Barnes St. (Big Canyon Rd.) and turn right. Drive 1.2 miles to Harbin Springs Road, turning left at the fork at the top of the hill. Follow road for 2 miles to our gate house. Harbin Reception: Online Ride Sharing Board Rides to Harbin can be offered or accepted at the Harbin Ride Board group at Yahoo Groups. Use it to see if you can join someone who is driving to Harbin soon, let others know when you'll be driving to/from Harbin, or tell others when you'd like a ride. When you register (free) you may choose to receive all messages by as they are posted. Keep in mind that Harbin cannot be responsible for rides arranged on the board. Arriving by shuttle, bus or ride service Airport shuttle service between Santa Rosa and San Francisco International Airport or Oakland Airport is offered daily by Sonoma County Airport Express. Personal ride service from Santa Rosa (approx. one hour from Harbin) or the bay area airports may be arranged for a fee through Harbin with 48-hour advance notice. 8 Harbin Guidelines for Workshop Participants at the Meadow Building, Mountain Lodge, Conference Center Ranch House and Vineyard House There is a TOTAL FIRE BAN on Harbin property - candles of any kind, camp stoves, incense, etc... are not permitted for guest use anywhere on property. There is one exception: tobacco smokers may light up next to a designated smoker's ash can, or at the smoking deck above the lower Mainside parking lot. This is a very strict policy; not open to exception or interpretation, so please enjoy your visit without the use of fire. Use of alcohol, illegal drugs, cameras of any kind, and the presence of pets are not permitted at Harbin. Cell phone use is only permitted in the lower Mainside parking lot (though reliable reception begins closer to Middletown). All Harbin s water comes from springs on the land. Please help conserve this limited supply by turning off the tap whenever possible. Please stay hydrated! Drink plenty of water - especially during or after soaking. We ask you to support pool cleanliness by taking short showers (with soap) before entering any pool. Harbin prohibits sexual activity in the pools. If you exhibit overt sexual activity, or offer unwanted attention toward others, you may be asked to leave the property. We are sharing the property with others who are not in our workshop. Harbin asks that we keep our group energy and workshop practices inside our workshop building, and refrain from conversations and gathering as a group in the Mainside pools. When driving through Harbin s Main Gate, wait for the gate person to wave you through before proceeding. If your car is parked on property it must display a valid parking permit in the windshield. Harbin requests that you disable your car alarm during your visit. Please do not wear shoes in the building unless you have a condition that requires you to do so. Please keep this building s doors and windows closed, whenever using the heating, air conditioning, or stereo, and during any activity that produces loud noises - sound travels easily in this canyon. Please keep pillows and back-jacks in the group room. Always put something between your bare skin and these fabrics. No food or drinks, other than water, in carpeted areas. Please keep water in re-sealable containers. For those renting rooms, Harbin check out time is 12 Noon. And finally, please take responsibility for lost and found items before leaving the building.
