Exit CA 1 South toward Monterey/Watsonville. Take the Bay Ave/Porter Street exit and turn left onto on Bay Avenue/Porter Street and continue onm Porter Street. Turn left on Soquel. Inner Light Center will be on the left. From San Francisco Airport take 101 South towards. Take 85 South toward Santa Cruz and then 17 toward Santa Cruz. Exit CA 1 South toward Monterey/Watsonville. Take the Bay Ave/Porter Street exit and turn left onto on Bay Avenue/Porter Street and continue onm Porter Street. Turn left on Soquel. Inner Light Center will be on the left. From the Best Western. Take a left on Capitola from property and go 1.1 miles. Take a right on Soquel and go 1.3 miles. Inner light is on the right.

3 AIR TRANSPORTATION The San Jose International Airport (SJC) is approx. 45 minutes from the training site. San Francisco International (SFO) is approx. 1 hour and 25 minutes from the training location. Santa Cruz is located on the coastline of the Monterey Bay. CLOTHING Bring layers of clothing and clothing that will allow you to move, stretch and breathe easily during the workshop.
