3 BUILDING AND MAINTENANCE NEWS Rubbish Bin Enlosures Maintenane staff have reported large unwanted items being dumped in some rubbish bin enlosures. Large items too big for the red bins should be plaed out on the hard waste olletion days please. Large ardboard boxes are another issue being dumped in these areas, please break down boxes and plae in the yellow lid bins. Remember we have additional bins that an be plaed out at residents request to ope with extra reyling and green waste at times if needed. Ledger Wing Building works are on shedule, with the planned ompletion date 31/10/2019. Please ontinue to be patient with the oasional traffi hold up as the builders manage the inrease in ontrators and deliveries. Generator The ILU generator is still under repair. Our mehani is awaiting the neessary parts to have it running again. National Broadband Network (NBN) Village residents are under no obligation to hange their telephone landline servie to the new NBN until the year Unfortunately this does not stop ompanies hounding people to swap over. If anyone is experiening persistent phone alls please just hang up. We have had several ases of residents agreeing to a ontrat after being harassed without knowing what was haening. For those ILU residents that have hosen to migrate to the NBN, we will need to test that your nurse all is onneted orretly so please notify reeption. Those on NBN must also be aware that your nurse all will not funtion during a power outage and you will need to all 000 by mobile phone in an emergeny if this is the ase.
