There will be prizes for the most humorous, and most creative. You may choose to wear an outfit/costume to match your hat. Your imagination is the limit. Feb 14 th - Tuesday - Valentines Dinner and Dance at 5:30pm. (Lenny Zazick Music) Feb 23 rd /25 th - Thursday/Saturday - Community Wide Yard Sale Mar 4 th - Saturday - Mardi Gras at 5:30pm. Mar 18 th - Saturday - St. Patrick s Dinner at 5:30pm. (Anything Goes Quartet) Apr 1 st - Saturday - Farewell BBQ Lunch at 12 noon. Apr 15 th - Saturday - Easter Dinner at 5:30pm. (Please remember to bring your own place setting, B.Y.O. drink and a dish to share.)

Possible Events to be added: Ice Cream Social - Spuds & Splits - Tour Sunshine Acres - Tour Tovre Castle Christmas Caroling - Christmas Outdoor Decoration Contest - Casino Trip RV Club - Line Dancing (Will resume in the fall). - Hand & Foot card game (Will start in the fall). 5 LEAVING?? Please let the office know when you are leaving. It helps us know who is here and who is not. If you would leave a note in the office or just sent an to the office with your name, it would be very appreciated. There has been so many break in attempts last year, we all need to get an eye on any suspicious activity in our neighborhood. NEW KEY AND DEPOSIT INFORMATION Wednesday, April 13th is the last date the office will be open from 9 to 11am for a new key. As we are a volunteer staff, it will be necessary to contact the office for a new key by appointment only. A sign will be posted on the office door with the needed information after the 13th of April to contact. The locks will be changed on April 15th. New keys can also be purchased in the fall for those returning after the summer break. We appreciate your patience. LAST CALL FOR NAME BADGES AND MAILBOXES This is last call for new owners to place their orders prior to the cut off of April 15, 2016, as I will be returning north for the summer. Any requests that come in after this date will be held in the office until my return in November 5, A reminder that all owners listed on the house title are entitled to a name badge, which is no cost to you as Bingo will pick up the cost and this we appreciate. Mail Box signs cost $21.56 and is paid for by the home owner. I pay the engraver up front, and when the sign is delivered, I am reimbursed. 7 RULES & REGULATION SECTION 9 NEW CHANGES 9. Key Program and Rules and Restrictions 9-1. Although it is not mandatory to obtain a key (i.e., if Owners do not want to use the Common Facilities), it is the responsibility of all Owners desiring to use such facilities to request a key from Velda Rose Gardens- Countryside Office or by mail with a check in the amount of $15.00 for each deposit key. This key will be used for the Association s Common Facilities. Owners must meet key rules and restrictions. Owners must be in good standing (i.e., current on their dues and assessments, and not be in violation of any of the Association s governing documents) to request a key. Only Owners may request a key. Renters/Tenants must request a key from their landlord and may not obtain the key directly from the Association. 9-2 All owners shall be limited to two (2) deposit keys per lot owned in Velda Rose Gardens Countryside. This is the maximum amount of deposit keys a lot owner may have for each lot at any giving time The $30.00 key deposit shall be refundable upon return of the key. Lost keys will cost $30.00 to replace with no refund Owners requesting a key must have their 55+ survey sheet and be current with their dues In order to prevent multiple keys from being outstanding, Owners who transfer ownership of their lot prior to turning in their keys will be subject to a $50.00 fee, plus forfeit their key deposit. The Association will notify the title company about the $50.00 fee.
