Notified EPSO dispatcher. Myself and 5W42 responded and staged until arrival of EPSO. 5/2/2018 5:17:00 PM Pebble Beach Way Art Assist Assist Other Agency-Medical Assisted on a medical. 5/2/2018 9:32:00 PM Silver Horn Lane Karl Suspicous Activity Suspicious Person RP at the above address states a suspicious person approached their front door while they were not home (at approximately 2058 hours) as they received an alert from their doorbell camera. The person stopped in his tracks as soon as he noticed the camera and then turned around and left. I checked all the surrounding streets and was unable to locate anyone matching the photo they provided. 5/2/ :09:00 PM Woodmoor Drive Karl Alarm Alarm RP at the above address called to report an interior basement motion alarm activation. 5W48 and I responded. Upon arrival a check of the exterior of the house was conducted and everything was found to be secure. Unknown reason for alarm activation. Notified RP of findings via voice mail. 5/3/2018 9:24:00 PM Monument Vision Clinic Dennis Open Doors Open Door/Window While checking the above location, I found the front double doors unlocked. Doors secured by WPS. 5/4/ :24:00 AM Honeysuckle Way Karl Open Doors Open Door/Window While on patrol I found the garage door open at the above address. Car was running with lights on and no one in the car or garage. Contacted resident who had gone inside, forgot the car was running and fell asleep. She turned off the car and secured the garage. 5/4/2018 3:42:00 AM South Park Drive Dennis Suspicous Activity Suspicious Person RP called reporting a suspicious person on her property. I responded and searched around her property and did not find anyone. I contacted the RP and she stated a person with light clothing was on her deck where the front door is located. I heard a dog barking non-stop from the address. As I moved closer, I could see a brown/white spaniel type dog barking. The dog had free reign to the yard so violation notice mailed. 5/6/ :25:00 AM Deer Creek Road Les Animal Complaint Animal Complaint RP advised two dogs from above address came up to her while she was walking past. Upon my arrival, I contacted the owner at which time I gave him a verbal warning as I did not see the dogs off property. 5/6/2018 3:03:00 PM Woodmoor Center Les Assist Assist Other Agency-Fire TLFD dispatched to the above location for dogs left inside a vehicle. I responded and assisted FD. 5/6/2018 7:10:00 PM Lake Woodmoor Justin Criminal Activity Trespassing RP states someone fishing on Lake Woodmoor near the access point at the Woodmoor Center. Myself and 5W46 made contact with the subject who was apologetic and claimed to be unaware that the lake was off limits. I warned the subject and advised if he is found on the property again that he could face Trespassing charges. 5/6/2018 7:18:00 PM Lake Woodmoor Justin Criminal Activity Trespassing While finishing up previous call, 5W46 noticed what appeared to be someone laying in a sleeping bag on Woodmoor Water property closer to the roadway at Lake Woodmoor Drive. Myself and 5W46 approached a White Male Subject who had just laid down under the tree to rest. 5W46 advised the subject that he was to leave the area and gave directions out of Woodmoor. Subject was compliant. Follow Up: At approx hours, myself and 5W46 checked the area again to ensure that the subject had left the area. I conducted a patrol in the surrounding area and did not find the subject again. I was clear at approx hours. 5/6/ :53:00 PM Church of Woodmoor Drew Open Doors Open Door/Window While checking the above location, I found the north facing recessed door open. Cleared building and secured door. Code 4. 5/7/ :28:00 AM Furrow Way Drew Juvenile Complaints Juvenile Complaint RP states someone forcefully knocked on the door and rang the doorbell several times. Myself and 5W47 responded and canvased the area surrounding above address. No signs of suspicious persons found. 5/7/2018 2:11:00 AM Woodmoor Center Drew Open Doors Open Door/Window While checking the above location, I found the back door to fitness center not secured. Negative contact with resident. 5/7/2018 9:54:00 AM Flowered Meadow Lane Kevin Animal Complaint Barking Dog - Founded RP states the dogs at the above address are barking non-stop. She asked that I use her driveway to verify the complaint as they are both on flag lots. I responded, parked in her driveway, and verified the complaint. Small white dog barking constantly. I attempted to make contact, no one home. Violation notice issued and left at the front door. 5/7/ :40:00 AM Ore Cart Way Kevin Property Found Property RP, PID 5624 states while walking on Fairplay Drive and Ore Cart way she found a set of keys. I responded and took the keys for safe keeping. 5/7/2018 6:05:00 PM Portland Road Les Animal Complaint Animal Complaint RP advised two dogs from above address were out of their fence and the gate was open. Upon my arrival the dogs were inside the fence and the gate was open. I was able to close the gate and while doing so the home owner arrived on scene. I advised the owner of the gate problem and gave her a verbal warning. 5/7/2018 6:30:00 PM Woodmoor Water & Sanitation Justin Criminal Activity Trespassing While checking Clearview Windows, I noticed a camper trailer parked at the water treatment plant directly behind the business. I called a Woodmoor Water employee to see if they knew about the camper before making contact. He said they were aware and that the camper was supposed to be gone by 1700 hours. I contacted a Male subject at the trailer who said that they were getting ready to leave the area. I checked the area approx. 1 1/2 hours later and the camper was gone. 3 5/8/2018 2:52:00 AM Jack Boot Road Drew Animal Complaint Animal Complaint RP at above address states they were seeing flashlights and hearing people in their backyard and suspected a coyote was trapped in homeowners coyote trap. While en route, PID 5625 called and said they were the people in the backyard because their dog ran away and became trapped in the coyote trap. I informed PID 5625 that I had just received call from homeowner about the same issue. I arrived on scene and the dog was released to the owner. Code 4. 5/8/2018 7:29:00 AM Sherwood Glen North Kevin Animal Complaint Barking Dog - Founded RP states the brown and white Corgi from the above address has been barking all morning and every morning for the last few days. I responded and staged across the street and to the east. I could hear a dog barking non-stop from the backyard. I then went to the end of Longbow Circle and could hear the dog barking. I never could see the dog however 2 residents approached me and confirmed that it's coming from the above address. Negative contact with resident. 5/9/2018 2:35:00 AM Woodmoor Center Drew Open Doors Open Door/Window While conducting business check at above business found the back door to the fitness center unsecured. Door secured by WPS. 5/9/2018 3:05:00 PM Lazy Summer Way Art Animal Complaint Animal Complaint RP, PID 5626 reports a large Husky in his yard which he has detained and will call the Humane Society for pick up due to the dog not having a identification tag. RP was informed that at the present time no one has called concerning a missing Husky. 5/9/2018 4:25:00 PM Masthead Way Art Animal Complaint Wild Animal Complaint RP, PID 5627 reports that he had a raccoon that keeps coming on his property and wanted to know if he could shoot the animal. Attempted contact with resident, negative contact. 5/10/2018 4:48:00 PM Walters Point Art Criminal Activity Trespassing RP reported an individual on a dirt bike riding in the common area of the above location near Bowstring Road. I responded and checked the area and no dirt bike rider was seen. 5/10/2018 4:52:00 PM Wild Duck Pond Karl Criminal Activity Trespassing RP reports two young girls using a kayak on Wild Duck Pond. Upon arrival there was one teenaged girl, PID 5628, in a kayak on the pond. I advised her to take the kayak out of the water and explained that boating of any kind is prohibited on any water sources in Woodmoor. She complied and got her mother to help bring the kayak home. I advised the mother of the issue as well. 5/10/2018 9:16:00 PM Dunes Lake Lane Karl Assist Assist Other Agency-Medical on the above street. 5/10/2018 9:26:00 PM Woodmoor Drive Karl Suspicous Activity Suspicious Incident RP, PID 5629, reports that she thinks the above address is vacant but sees someone carrying things in and out of the house into or out of a white sedan parked in the driveway. Upon arrival I contacted PID 5630 who is the owner of the house. Code 4. 5/11/2018 4:15:00 PM Walters Point Art Criminal Activity Trespassing RP, PID 5631 reports a female teenager riding on a go cart at the above location. I responded and checked the common area near the RP's address and the Woodmoor Townhome common area and no go cart was seen. 5/11/2018 4:40:00 PM Walters Point Art Assist Citizen Assist While on patrol near the intersection of Cloverleaf Road and the above location, I observed VID 2727 parked on the side on the roadway. I contacted a Woodmoor resident and she needed assistance in removing the lug nuts from a flat tire. 5/11/2018 5:06:00 PM Shadowood Drive Art Assist Assist Other Agency-Medical Upon arrival it was found that the emergency page had been canceled. 5/11/2018 9:26:00 PM Cloverleaf Road Karl Criminal Activity Trespassing RP reports there are two vehicles on the trail in the Walters property just west of Cloverleaf Road. Upon arrival I contacted two white male teenagers and advised them that they weren't allowed to have their vehicles on the trail. They left immediately without incident. Code 4. 4 5/11/2018 9:48:00 PM Bowstring Road Karl Noise Complaint Noise complaint RP reports loud voices and yelling at the above address. Upon arrival I could hear several children laughing but they weren't making excessive noise. I contacted the resident in the back yard (no one answered the doorbell) and requested they hold the noise down. He immediately told the children to go inside the residence and apologized. No violation notice issued as it was not considered excessive. 5/11/ :15:00 PM Shadowood Drive Karl Suspicous Activity Suspicious Vehicle RP reports a white panel van drove up and down the street several times and was last seen heading toward to the east/north from the RP's residence. Upon arrival in the area, I located a white panel van parked in the driveway of the above address and saw the garage door open. I contacted the resident who stated the van was from a medical supply company and the driver was inside setting up an oxygen system. She stated the driver had called because he couldn't find the house and she went out and flagged him down as he drove by. Code 4. 5/12/ :14:00 AM Woodmoor Center Karl Criminal Activity Trespassing While on patrol 5W48 and myself found a RV parked in the parking lot of the above location with slide-outs extended. Contacted the occupant and advised him that overnight parking was not permitted and asked him to depart. He complied and left at approximately 0035 hours. Code 4. 5/12/ :09:00 PM Blue Mist Grove Karl Noise Complaint Noise complaint RP reports that there are people in the garage at the above address playing music very loud and working out on gym equipment. Upon arrival in the area I staged just down the street and heard no noise of any kind coming from the address. Complaint is unfounded at this time. 5/13/2018 8:02:00 AM Dunes Lake Lane Kevin Assist Citizen Assist RP, father of the owner at the above address requested WPS assistance with a neighbor that refused to leave their house. I responded and found that the neighbor and her kids were staying at the house and was in the process of getting her things and leaving. After approximately 30 minutes, she and her kids left. 5/13/2018 3:40:00 PM Fawnwood Road Les Suspicous Activity Suspicious Person RP advised of a suspicious person on above street at Doewood Dr. I responded and checked the area, the person was GOA. 5/13/ :51:00 PM Knollwood Blvd Justin Alarm Alarm RP from the above address called and notified me of an alarm at their residence. The RP advised me that he was about 5 minutes from the house and would meet me there. Upon arriving, I met the RP at the home and it was discovered that the alarm was triggered by the renters who were moving into the home. 5/15/2018 2:50:00 AM Vista Verde Heights Drew Open Doors Open Door/Window While on patrol in the above area, I found the garage door open at the above address. Negative contact with resident. 5/15/ :47:00 PM Burning Bush Point Les Assist Citizen Assist RP states they locked the keys in their vehicle. I responded, liability release completed, and vehicle unlocked. Code 4. 5/15/2018 5:52:00 PM Woodmoor Drive Les Suspicous Activity Suspicious Person RP advised of aggressive solicitors, two black males near Woodmoor Drive and Shadowood Dr. I responded and contacted the individuals who were selling cleaning products. 5/15/2018 8:15:00 PM Shadowood Circle Justin Solicitor Complaint Solicitor Complaint RP called and reported solicitors who were using foul language and were being aggressive verbally when told to leave that that they were not interested in buying any products. The RP states that two Black Male adults got into a white van and drove away. I checked the area for the van and for the subjects but was UTL. RP took two pictures of the solicitors and the van and sent them to the WPS mobile phone. 5/15/2018 8:25:00 PM Indian Summer Lane Justin Assist Citizen Contact RP at the above address called and asked for advice as to how to cancel an order with solicitors who sold his wife soap products. I advised the RP that it was a civil matter and not a criminal matter, and that he would have to work with his bank and with the people who sold him the products. I checked the area to see if the solicitors were the same from the previous incident on Shadowood Circle, but was UTL as they had left the area in the van. RP called back and advised that he had called the sellers and had also stopped payment on the check. 5/16/2018 1:45:00 AM Woodmoor Water & Sanitation Drew Open Doors Open Door/Window While checking the above location, I found the north facing door unlocked, Interior door was secure. Upon arrival contacted resident to ensure everyone was out of the house and then provided traffic control. I responded and found VID 2728 legally parked on the side of the road and no one was around. Code 4. 5/18/2018 6:12:00 PM Hidden Springs Glen Art Suspicous Activity Suspicious Person Numerous calls from RPs stating that a black male wearing a reflective vest has been walking around the area for an hour. I responded and made contact with the individual who stated he had been working at the Country Club laying asphalt and came back from break and his co-workers had left and he was trying to find his way back to the Park-n- Ride. I gave the individual a ride to the location where he called a friend to pick him up. 5/18/ :36:00 PM Highway 105 Karl Vehicle/Traffic Traffic Accident TLFD dispatched to Hwy 105 and Fairplay Dr. for a traffic accident with unknown injuries. Myself and 5W48 responded to and conducted traffic control until arrival of CSP. 5/19/ :33:00 AM Lewis Palmer High School Karl Criminal Activity Trespassing While checking the area, I contacted two adults (1 WM, 1 WF) parked in the student lot. After making contact I advised them to leave the property immediately and they complied without incident. 5/19/2018 2:19:00 PM Lake Forest Lane Art Assist Assist Other Agency-Fire TLFD received an emergency page concerning a bonfire at the above address. I t was found that the homeowner was burning small tree limbs without the leaves from dead trees in an approved fire pit with a screen. I made contact with and identified a male and female inside. The male was a resident of the address and was being dropped off by his girlfriend and they were just saying goodbye as I arrived. I responded and the vehicle could not be located in the area. 5/20/2018 3:06:00 PM Bowstring Road Art Juvenile Complaints Juvenile Complaint RP reports three juveniles throwing rocks in grass from a common area at the intersection of Magic Lamp Way and Bowstring Road. I responded and contacted the individuals and had them pick up the rocks and place them back into the flower display and were told to leave the area. 5/20/2018 8:58:00 PM Bowstring Road Karl Noise Complaint Noise complaint RP reports a loud party with kids making a lot of noise at the above address. Upon arrival I staged in front of 1015 Bowstring Road and could faintly hear kids in the backyard. It was not excessive, loud, or noisy. While I was staged, the party was breaking up and several parents arrived to pick up their children. Complaint is unfounded at this time. Friday, June 01, 2018 Page 5 of 8

6 5/20/ :44:00 PM Regatta Lane Karl Suspicous Activity Suspicious Incident RP, PID 5635, reports that the above address is a rental property that is currently vacant as far as she knows. She further states that at least 10 teenaged looking people just entered the residence. Upon arrival I was met by a young man who stated that his family had recently rented the house and they were in the process of moving their belongings into the house and that he had several friends over. I asked if his parents were present and he said no, but that he would get his mom on the phone. I spoke to the mother, PID 5636, who stated they had just rented the house, but said that she wanted all the kids out of the house. I asked if that included her children and she said yes. I informed them they had to leave the house and everyone complied without incident. The daughter of PID 5636 used a key and secured the front door. Notified RP of my findings and actions. 5/21/2018 4:07:00 AM Blue Mist Grove Dennis Open Doors Open Door/Window 5/21/2018 3:25:00 PM Cloverleaf Road Les Criminal Activity Trespassing RP advised of two motorcycles on the Walters property. Upon my arrival on Cloverleaf Road at the Walters property and contacted 2 juvenile males riding motorcycles. I responded and the RP said she would take the dog to the Vet and have it scanned. 5/22/2018 7:46:00 AM Highway 105 Kevin Suspicous Activity Suspicious Incident RP states she saw an elderly man walking with a cane and carrying a suitcase heading east between Fairplay Drive and Furrow Road. I responded and the person was GOA. 5/22/2018 8:27:00 AM Indian Summer Lane Kevin Assist Citizen Assist RP states she accidently locked herself out of the house when taking the trash out. I responded and was able to gain entry without incident. 5/22/2018 9:34:00 PM Blue Mist Grove Justin Animal Complaint Barking Dog - Founded RP called and complained about a barking dog at the above address. I staged in the area and could hear the dog barking non-stop from inside the residence. I attempted to make contact but no one was home. I contacted the homeowner which stated her husband was driving in the common area to put in a garden in the backyard. I advised her that motor vehicles are forbidden in common areas without permission from the association. Verbal warning given. 5/23/2018 2:10:00 PM Sleepy Hollow Road Les Animal Complaint Barking Dog - Unfounded RP advised of a barking dog at above address. Upon my arrival I sat in the area and only heard the dog bark once at the UPS truck. The owner then brought the dog into the house. 5/23/2018 5:22:00 PM Lincoln Green Lane Les Assist Assist Other Agency-Fire Assisted fire at above location for a gas leak. 5/24/ :26:00 AM Red Clover Lane Kevin Criminal Activity Trespassing RP states two people are on kayaks on Wild Duck Pond. I responded and contacted PID 5637, teenager from the above address. She and another friend were kayaking on the pond. PID 5637 also had her dog running loose off leash that was also in the pond and neighbors yard. I advised them to leave the area immediately. I then responded to the address and gave the mother a warning for the violations. 5/24/2018 5:10:00 PM Top O'the Moor Drive East Les Alarm Alarm RP called and said her alarm activated at the above address. 5W47 and I responded, checked the home which was all secure. Vehicle described as a light colored sedan. I checked the area but was unable to locate the vehicle. 5/26/2018 8:11:00 AM Knollwood Blvd Chad Vehicle/Traffic Traffic Accident Assisted TLFD and State Patrol on a traffic accident on Knollwood Blvd just south of Highway /26/2018 8:09:00 PM Misty Acres Blvd Karl Suspicous Activity Suspicious Incident RP reports two people in the abandoned house at the north end of Misty Acres Blvd. She said they have either flashlight or open flame inside the house, she couldn't tell. Upon arrival I found one teenaged white male and one teenaged female inside the house. I called them to come outside and asked what they were doing and they said they were just looking around. I advised them that they were on private property and had to leave. She described him as being about 5'-5" to 6' tall with dirty blond or brown hair, white or Hispanic, wearing blue jeans and a sweatshirt. He was last seen heading south on Cloverleaf Road toward Higby Road. I went around back and onto the deck and contacted the resident, advised him of the complaint and he immediately turned the volume down and said they would keep it down. Upon arrival I contacted a woman who stated that they were looking for a lost cat. The cat is described as a long hair mostly white cat with black on the face and a fluffy gray tail wearing a pink harness and red leash. The cat got spooked and broke the grip of the owner and took off. Notified of RP of findings. Notified RP of findings. 5/28/2018 6:07:00 PM White Fawn Drive Karl Noise Complaint Noise complaint RP reports a car alarm has been going off for about half an hour but isn't sure exactly where it is but said somewhere on White Fawn Drive south of her house on Toboggan Hill Road. I drove up and down White Fawn Drive several times, as well as the immediate surrounding streets and never heard a car alarm. Unable to locate. Complaint is unfounded at this time. 8 5/28/ :41:00 PM New London Road Karl Noise Complaint Noise complaint RP reports a noise complaint with voices and yelling coming from the above address. Upon arrival I staged about 100 feet north of the address. I could hear voices that sounded like they were coming from the south side of the house. I exited the patrol car and walked to the south side of the intersection of New London Road and Tom Boy Way. From that location I could hear very loud yelling and cheering type sounds coming from the address. I called the owner, PID 5638, and advised her of the complaint and verification and that I would be issuing a violation notice. She stated that she was outside with her dog and never saw me and that the noise was coming from inside her residence and that she would tell her guests to quiet down. There were to be no lights on in the house and hasn't been on previous checks. I attempted to contact the homeowner via listed cell phone number unsuccessfully. I then contacted listed RP's and inquired about the lights being on. RP's state that they were present on property earlier in the day but did not enter the interior of the home. RP's then responded to allow WPS access to interior of property. 5W47 arrived for assistance in clearing the home. RP opened the garage door and the interior of home was found to be clear and no signs suspicious activities were present. Myself and 5W46 responded to the area.
