I responded and the vehicle was GOA. 12/2/2016 2:40:00 PM Woodmoor Drive Kevin Vehicle/Traffic Traffic Hazard RP states numerous vehicles are stuck on Woodmoor Drive at the curve. I responded and assisted in clearing 9 vehicles from roadway. While there, was advised of a multivehicle accident on Furrow Road and West Way. After clearing Woodmoor Drive, responded to the T/A. Assisted in traffic control until accident clear. After clearing assisted 2 vehicles that were stuck on Fairplay Drive at Smugglers Road. Helped clear the vehicles and spread sand on roadway. Assisted another motorist that was stuck at Fairplay Drive and Caribou West. 12/2/2016 4:20:00 PM Caribou Drive Kevin Vehicle/Traffic Traffic Hazard RP states the trailer that belongs to a contractor working at the above address is making it hazardous with the slick road conditions. I contacted the homeowner and got the roofing companies information. I called and left a voic message asking them to move the trailer. 12/3/2016 2:15:00 PM Deer Creek Road Les Assist Assist Other Agency-Medical Assisted medical above street. 12/3/2016 4:40:00 PM Bowstring Road Les Animal Complaint Wild Animal Complaint RP advised of a wild animal inside their residence. Upon are arrival we found a weasel in the basement. 5W47 and I attempted several times to corner the weasel but was unsuccessful. I suggested RP purchase a cage at the local hardware store. 12/3/2016 7:12:00 PM Caribou Drive West Justin Suspicous Activity Suspicious Incident RP, care takers of the home said the garage door is open and it was closed earlier. Myself and 5W46 arrived on scene and cleared the perimeter of the house. Lights were found on in the basement and the RP said that no lights should be on. I asked the RP to call the homeowner and get confirmation. The homeowner stated that a teenage occupant was home earlier than expected. Code 4. 12/3/2016 9:00:00 PM Portland Road Justin Animal Complaint Barking Dog - Founded Received a complaint for a barking dog at the above address. I arrived in the area and sat for a few minutes. The barking was constant. I found a black dog roaming loose in the driveway. It appears that no one is home as the house is dark. A violation will be mailed to the address due to the dog roaming free at the residence. 12/5/2016 2:16:00 PM Broken Fence Way Art Solicitor Complaint Solicitor Complaint RP, PID 5394, reported a solicitor ringing his door bell and leaving in a red SUV. I contacted the driver near the above address and found that he was a postal employee leaving a package at the residence. I contacted the RP and advised him the same and to retrieve the package from the porch. 12/5/2016 9:38:00 PM Top O'the Moor Drive East Karl Juvenile Complaints Juvenile Complaint RP reports an unknown person or persons knocked three times on two different windows on the front and side of the house. He checked with his children to see if they had friends coming over, but neither said they did. A check of the area resulted in negative contact with any possible suspects. Advised RP of findings. Dennis Open Doors Open Door/Window While checking the above location, I found the East door unlocked. Door secured by WPS. 12/7/ :52:00 AM Knollwood Blvd Karl Vehicle/Traffic Traffic Accident We received an emergency page for traffic accident with unknown injuries on Knollwood Blvd just north of Hwy 105. Myself and 5W48 responded and provided traffic control until released by CSP. 12/7/ :39:00 AM Silver Saddle Road Chad Suspicous Activity Suspicious Incident RP said that she saw UPS deliver a package to her house from a video camera and a short time later someone else came to the house and was concerned the package was taken. I responded and found two packages on the porch. I called the RP and told her what I found. 12/7/2016 6:25:00 PM New London Road Art Suspicous Activity Suspicious Vehicle RP states of a blue sedan with occupants sitting in the driveway at the above address and the home is for sale. I responded and found that the occupants were inside the residence visiting the homeowner who was home. 12/7/2016 8:23:00 PM Silver Sage Way Art Animal Complaint Barking Dog - Unfounded RP reported a barking dog in the rear of the above address. I responded and staged near the residence and no barking was noted. Unfounded at this time. 12/8/ :15:00 AM Woodmoor Drive Chad Vehicle/Traffic Traffic Accident While in the area I found several damaged vehicles at Woodmoor and Highway 105. State patrol was on cold reporting so I cleared car parts out of the road, had drivers get off the road, and exchange information. 12/8/2016 3:15:00 PM Bent Oak Lane Chad Open Doors Open Door/Window RP (neighbor behind above address) noticed a sliding door on the second level was open. The RP did not know the address of the house and thinks the homeowner is gone and cadets were staying in the house last weekend. 5W44 responded to the house and located the address. I found owner information and contacted the homeowner who lives in California. The homeowner's son is attending the Air Force Academy and she was going to try and contact him to get the door closed. 12/8/2016 5:12:00 PM Blue Mist Grove Karl Criminal Activity Theft RP, at the above address, reports that she was home and saw a young white male take a package from her front door. She identified him as approximately 12 or 14 years old, heavy set with blond hair. He had a mountain bike, possibly green, stashed in the trees. She states that she confronted the juvenile and he stated that it was a package for his mother. She told him that she saw him take the package and he then gave it back and left heading west. She states they are concerned as they have several other package deliveries scheduled in the coming days. She was advised that she should notify EPSO of the incident and to call our cell phone if she sees him in the neighborhood again. 12/9/2016 8:10:00 AM Vista Verde Heights Kevin Criminal Activity Theft RP at the above address states she was notified of a package delivery at her residence at appx 15:30hrs on the 8th, and when she arrived home at 20:30hrs, the package was not there. I advised her to contact EPSO to report the theft as we have a suspect that lives in the area. 12/9/2016 3:00:00 PM Silent Forest Point Kevin Suspicous Activity Suspicious Incident While checking the area for a possible suspect in previous reports, and 26797, I observed a juvenile riding his bicycle carrying a package near the intersection of Blue Mist Grove and River Birch Point. I contacted PID He said that this package was delivered to his address by mistake and was trying to find the address it belonged to but couldn't find the address. I took the package and returned it to the porch of the recipient listed on the label. I contacted EPSO to report the incident. I contacted the mother of PID 5395 advised her of the incidents that has been reported and that I have contacted EPSO. EPSO Deputy responded and we contacted the suspect and his mother again (see supplemental report). 12/9/2016 7:55:00 PM Lodgepole Way Justin Animal Complaint Barking Dog - Founded RP called and reported dogs that were left unattended were barking constantly at the above address. I arrived in the area and parked down the street from the address. I heard the dogs barking non-stop from the above property behind a fenced in area. It appears that no one was home at the time. I attempted to make contact, but was unable to access the front door. Violation notice to be mailed. 12/10/2016 9:12:00 AM Woodmoor Drive Kevin Suspicous Activity Suspicious Person RP states a person is sitting on the side of the road on Woodmoor Drive near the above location. I responded and found the individual sitting on the road but not moving. I asked if he was ok and said he was walking and became winded and very dizzy. I notified medical which responded. The individual refused medical treatment and was trying to get to Aurora. TLFD requested MPD which responded and took him to Castle Rock. 12/10/ :03:00 AM Blue Mist Grove Kevin Other Follow Up While in the area I searched the entire area on foot looking for discarded packages, property, or boxes that may have been discarded after being stolen. 3 12/10/2016 1:00:00 PM Harness Road Les Criminal Activity Criminal Mischief RP advised that someone cut his Christmas lights over the past week and has no suspect information. RP advised someone has cut the lights three years in a row. I advised RP to also report this incident to EPSO. 12/11/ :45:00 AM Autumn Star Point Kevin Open Doors Open Door/Window RP states they just left and may have left their car door unlocked and requested WPS check. I responded and found the car unlocked. I secured the car and notified the RP. 12/11/2016 3:25:00 PM Winding Meadow Way Les Assist Assist Other Agency-Medical Assisted medical above street. 12/11/2016 5:05:00 PM Fawnwood Road Justin Suspicous Activity Suspicious Incident While doing a drive by patrol of the above address for a vacation check, I noticed VID 2622 parked in the driveway near the front door of the home. I contacted the owner to see if this vehicle and possible persons were allowed to be there. The owner advised me that she would have to make a phone call and would get back to me. The home appeared to be unoccupied. Approx. 30 minutes later, I still had not heard back from the owner regarding the vehicle. Myself and 5W46 made contact with VID 2622 in order to get the information. We checked doors and windows and found nothing to be irregular. I did find unknown tire tracks leading from the garage that led to the street. No further information available at this time. 12/11/2016 6:41:00 PM Jack Boot Road Justin Assist Citizen Assist Owner from the above address who is out of town called and was concerned that power outages were reported in the Woodmoor area. He asked that I check the home and make sure the power was on. I checked the house and reported back to the owner that the power was on. 12/11/2016 8:01:00 PM Augusta Drive Justin Suspicous Activity Suspicious Incident RP called and advised WPS of a suspicious incident that occurred earlier in the day possibly involving a contractor. The RP states that a contractor came to the home to give an estimate on work to be done. The RP's cat had ran out of the door and she went out to retrieve it while the contractor remained inside. The RP returned approx. 5 minutes later and concluded business with the contractor. A little while later, the RP noticed that her keys were missing from a spot in the house near where the contractor was. The keys include and car key and house keys. The RP has already filed a report with EPSO. Drive-by checks of the home once per shift have been started at this time. RP will update WPS on any other issues going forward. Call RP if anything suspicious found. The only vehicle that should be seen on property is a Black Acura. 12/12/2016 4:09:00 AM Pebble Beach Way Drew Alarm Alarm RP states "open garage" alarm activation at above address. Checked all doors and windows and determined a faulty alarm activation. 12/12/2016 1:31:00 PM Lake Forest Lane Kevin Assist Assist Other Agency-Medical Assisted on a medical call 12/12/2016 3:54:00 PM Church of Woodmoor Kevin Suspicous Activity Suspicious Vehicle RP states of a white Jeep parked in the back parking lot. I responded and the vehicle was GOA. 12/13/2016 5:58:00 PM Furrow Road Karl Open Doors Open Door/Window During the first initial vacation check at the above address, I found the front door and pedestrian garage door unlocked. I contacted the RP who requested we enter and secure the residence. Myself and 5W44 made entry, cleared and secured the residence. Exit was made via the garage door. Code 4. 12/14/2016 8:15:00 AM Acorn Way Chad Animal Complaint Wild Animal Complaint RP stated that he saw coyotes in his yard feeding on a dead deer. He stated that the deer was in the culvert next to the road in front of his house. I contacted County Roads who said they would put in a work order to have it removed. 12/14/2016 1:13:00 PM Winding Meadow Way Chad Vehicle/Traffic Parking Complaint RP called and stated there were 5 vehicles parked in the common area near wild duck pond. I responded and found the vehicles belonged to construction workers at 290 Winding Meadow Way. I verified with ACC that they did not have permission to access the common area. I contacted the homeowner and asked them to move the vehicles. 12/14/2016 6:48:00 PM Bowstring Road Art Suspicous Activity Suspicious Incident RP, PID 5398 reports a person rang his doorbell and when he didn t answer, started looking through the windows with a flashlight. RP was told to dial 911 for EPSO and WPS would secure the area until arrival of EPSO. Myself and 5W44 staged near the intersection of New London Road and Bowstring Road. Two MPD officers arrived and searched the area around the RP's residence and no one was found. 12/14/2016 8:59:00 PM Sherwood Glen North Karl Suspicous Activity Suspicious Vehicle RP reports a white sedan parked on the street in front of her residence with someone inside. 4 12/15/2016 2:21:00 PM South Park Drive Art Animal Complaint Animal Complaint RP reported a brown terrier with a pink collar came off it's property and harassed her while she was walking her dogs. I responded and checked the area and no dog was found in the area. 12/15/2016 5:00:00 PM Oak Hills Drive Art Criminal Activity Trespassing RP states PID 5399 was walking his dog on the golf course and came thru the rear and front yard of the above address. I contacted the spouse of the PID 5399 and left a message that in the future he should only use the cart paths to exit the golf course. 12/15/2016 5:47:00 PM True Vista Circle Art Open Doors Open Door/Window RP reported that the home at the above address is for sale and that the main garage door is open possibly left open by the realtor. I responded and closed the garage door. 12/15/ :06:00 PM Bowstring Road Karl Assist Assist Other Agency-Fire Assisted on an odor (not smoke) call. Unknown cause of smell. House deemed safe by TLFD. She says the dog starts at 5am and barks all day long until the evening. She also says the neighbor goes out and yells at the dog to shut up. I responded and parked near the corner of Aspenwood and Doewood Drive. I could hear a dog barking non-stop. As I drove closer to the house, I observed a whitish, unknown breed of dog in the driveway barking constantly. I attempted to approach the house, but the dog would not let me get close to the door. They also dispatched EPSO. Upon my arrival EPSO and MPD were on scene and checked the residence. 12/20/ :26:00 PM Church of Woodmoor Drew Open Doors Open Door/Window While checking the above location, I found the eastern most door to the dining hall was unlocked. I was unable to secure the door. Attempted to contact the RP, and was unable to do so. 12/20/ :38:00 PM Greenbriar Lane Drew Assist Check The Welfare RP states she had been trying to get a hold of her mother and she would not answer the phone. I responded to the above address and contacted the mother. She was code 4 and called her daughter. 12/21/2016 7:29:00 AM Hope Montessori School Karl Assist Assist Other Agency-Fire TLFD dispatched to the above location for a fire alarm. I responded and found a water pipe had burst in the ceiling on the south end of the building. I assisted the FD in locating and shutting off the water. 12/21/2016 8:44:00 AM Hope Montessori School Karl Assist Assist Other Agency-Fire Responded to fire alarm at the above location. False alarm. Code 4. 12/21/ :08:00 AM Melinda Lane Karl Animal Complaint Barking Dog - Founded RP reports the dog at the above address has been barking since at least 08:00 hours. I responded and staged in front of 1090 and heard a dog at the rear of the above address barking non-stop. Violation notice issued and left at front door as no one answered when I rang the doorbell and knocked on the door. Monday, January 02, 2017 Page 4 of 6

5 12/21/2016 1:40:00 PM Furrow Road Karl Animal Complaint Animal Complaint RP reports that an Akita type dog just wondered into her yard and attacked one of her Sheba Innu dogs. She states this dog has been wandering around the neighborhood off and on for a long time. She believes it belongs to the above address. While I was talking to the RP, the dog returned and attacked a second of her Sheba Innu dogs in her yard. I broke up the attack by striking the Akita with my baton and the dog ran off. I advised the RP to contact Animal Law Enforcement and request they respond. Once ALE arrived, it was determined that the dog does belong to the resident at the above address. Owner was issued a violation notice for loose/unrestrained dog by WPS and a written warning by ALE for aggressive dog at large. RP didn't want to sign a complaint with ALE. 12/21/2016 5:37:00 PM Indian Way Art Assist Check The Welfare RP reported an elderly woman walking at the above location and was having problem walking on the snow and ice with a cane. I responded and checked the area and the individual could not be located. 12/21/2016 6:05:00 PM Grist Mill Way Art Animal Complaint Barking Dog - Unfounded RP, PID 5400 reports several dogs barking at the above location. I responded and staged in the area and no barking was found. Unfounded at this time. 12/21/2016 8:53:00 PM Whitemarsh Drive Art Juvenile Complaints Juvenile Complaint RP, PID 5401 reported three juveniles came to her door and rang the doorbell and left running. I checked the area and no juveniles were seen in the area. 12/22/ :14:00 AM Woodmoor Center Dennis Open Doors Open Door/Window While checking the above location, I found the back door to the fitness center not tightly closed. Door secured by WPS. 12/22/ :30:00 AM Woodmoor Drive Karl Assist Citizen Contact RP, PID 5402, reported that she lost her wallet which contained her ID, credit cards and a small amount of cash. She requested to be notified should anyone turn the wallet in to WPS. 12/22/ :48:00 AM Slate Way Karl Animal Complaint Animal Complaint RP, PID 5403, reports a dog (brown and black) from the above address is constantly running loose in the common area behind his house at least twice a day usually around 1000 and again around By the time I arrived, the dog was not running in the common area. I contacted the residents at the above address and they denied their dog was running loose, however their dog is brown and black (it is by her statement a GSD and Basenji mix). As I didn't see the dog loose, no further action taken. 12/23/2016 5:05:00 AM Blueberry Hills Road Dennis Alarm Alarm I was notified by the alarm company that an alarm was activated at the above location. I was told it was a garage door and window activation. As I approached the residence, I was met by the home owner and he stated everything was fine. Code 4, unknown reason for activation. 12/23/2016 7:47:00 AM Sherwood Glen North Karl Assist Assist Other Agency-Medical Assisted on a medical call on the above street. 12/23/2016 3:43:00 PM Crooked Tree Lane Art Alarm Alarm ADT Security reported a motion activation at the above location. I responded and found all doors and windows secured. 12/23/2016 5:26:00 PM Flowered Meadow Lane Art Open Doors Open Door/Window While conducting a vacation check at the above location, the front door was found unsecured. I contacted the homeowner and he contacted a neighbor to secure the door and who been there recently to place a package inside. 12/24/ :45:00 PM Church of Woodmoor Dennis Open Doors Open Door/Window While checking the above location, I found the N.W. door not tightly closed. Door secured by WPS. 12/25/2016 6:50:00 AM Fawnwood Road Kevin Suspicous Activity Suspicious Incident RP, homeowner at the above address called from Mexico and said they were looking at their security camera and a vehicle that does not belong to him is parked in the driveway. I responded and found VID 2623 parked in the driveway, no visible registration, keys in ignition, lots of clothes and stuff in vehicle, and the doors locked. I contacted EPSO and a Deputy responded. Once the Deputy was on scene, we found a stolen license plate inside the vehicle. RP was notified and advised the same and the homeowner requested the vehicle be towed. EPSO could not tow the vehicle due to being on private property or without the vehicle being reported stolen. 12/25/2016 9:20:00 AM Indian Summer Lane Kevin Assist Assist Other Agency-Medical Assisted on a medical 12/26/ :08:00 AM Walters Point Kevin Suspicous Activity Suspicious Incident RP states a few packages have been delivered to the above address over the last few days and they are still on the porch. I responded and found 2 packages and one delivery notice on the door. No one answered the door, appears they are out of town. 6 12/27/2016 1:01:00 PM Doewood Drive Kevin Open Doors Open Door/Window While conducting the first initial vacation check, I found the back sliding door on the deck unlocked activating the alarm. I contacted the owner which gave me permission to enter the house and secure the door. I also placed the garbage can inside garage. 12/27/2016 8:10:00 PM Shadowood Drive Les Suspicous Activity Suspicious Incident RP called in reference to a suspicious incident at Shadowood Dr. Upon contact with homeowner she advised that an unknown suspect came on her property and cut a hole in a down stairs window. RP stated she had contacted EPSO to conduct an investigation in the attempted possible burglary of her residence. 12/28/2016 2:07:00 AM True Vista Circle Drew Assist Assist Other Agency-Medical Assisted on medical call 12/28/2016 5:35:00 PM Lone Scout Lookout Les Open Doors Open Door/Window While conducting a vacation check at above address, I found lower level door open. I contacted the RP, next door neighbor who is caring for owners dog secured the door. 12/28/2016 7:38:00 PM Greenbriar Lane Les Suspicous Activity Suspicious Incident RP states a person is walking with a flashlight at the dead end of Greenbriar lane and seemed suspicious. Upon my arrival no one was found in the area. 12/29/ :38:00 AM Lower Lake Road Chad Assist Citizen Assist Homeowner called and stated his house is vacant and WW&S contacted him and said he had a leak and they shut off his water. He asked me to enter the house and let him know what damage was done. I entered the home, took pictures and sent them to the RP. Damage was minor and mostly limited to the utility room. 12/29/ :17:00 PM Lower Lake Road Chad Assist Assist Other Agency-Utility RP stated that a small amount of water was flowing near the driveway at the above house. I responded and WW&S was on scene checking out the leak. 12/29/2016 1:18:00 PM Caribou Drive West Karl Assist Assist Other Agency-Medical Assisted on a medical call 12/30/ :38:00 PM Broken Fence Way Karl Juvenile Complaints Juvenile Complaint RP complains of two juveniles riding some type of four-wheeler up and down the above street at a high rate of speed. I responded and checked the area and surrounding streets and was not able to locate the vehicle. Follow Up: RP called again at 13:09 and stated they were at it again. This time I was able to locate the vehicle and spoke with the adult resident who admitted it was him giving his wife and daughter a ride to check it out. I advised him that he was not allowed to operate that vehicle on public roadways, or in the Woodmoor common areas. He stated that he would not do that anymore. 12/30/2016 2:08:00 PM Shadowood Drive Chad Open Doors Open Door/Window During the initial vacation check, I found the garage pedestrian door lock was broken and would not lock properly and the alarm activated. I was able to lock the lower lock to secure the door. I called the homeowner and informed them of what had occurred. 12/30/ :45:00 PM Palmer Ridge High School Dennis Juvenile Complaints Juvenile Complaint RP, custodian at the above location states they can hear juveniles in the area and running around. I responded and checked the area, GOA. I informed the RP of my findings and could not find any damage. 12/31/ :55:00 PM Silver Horn Lane Chad Assist Citizen Assist RP states a guest of theirs locked the keys in her vehicle at the above address.
