I ended up calling Minnetonka and was treated like it was an imposition. It's almost impossible to turn onto Cedar Lake Road or the Wayzata Blvd. service road due to the constant stream of traffic. People exit going too fast and I don't feel safe crossing 16th with my children or dog. Pl loose 10/24/2016 4:17 PM 2 We have a neighbor who lives at the top of Kilmer and Lancaster that allows their dogs to roam freely. The dogs make messes in our yard, as well as other neighbors. I have also seen them scare other dog walkers away, who have their dogs leashed. We have spoken to the neighbor a couple times, but it hasn't resolved the situation. 3 t a big problem. I live on the corner of Parker Road and Parker Lane with an inviting Fire Hydrant. Once or twice during the summer I will find a deposit. All of the neighbors are very good about carrying bags and picking up. 4 Most people are good about controlling animals on using leashes. Where Kilmer and Lancaster come together, there are sometimes dogs off leashes that bark and run onto the street to challenge people. Thank you. Answered: 8 Skipped: 14 # Date 1 After closure of 16th St. to 169 I see a major problem for vehicles trying to access Cedar Lake Rd from SB Ford Rd. A combo of an uphill grade on Ford and a curve on Cedar Lake Rd creates a poor sight distance. Add to that an increased traffic volume on Ford Rd and I think we will see congestion at that intersection. I realize that this area is located in Mtka but it will affect us in the Kilmer Pond area also. Thank You 2 I wish there was heavier enforcement of watering bans, etc. I have one neighbor in particular who thinks those rules don't apply to him, and he even drains his underground pool into the street each season. I can't imagine those chemicals are good for our water supply. Surely someone should be able to see that he uses an overabundance of water via the water meter for his sprinkler system, pool, etc. Hate it when most folks abide by the rules and one doesn't. 11/16/2016 9:52 PM 11/2/2016 9:11 AM 3 Would like more routine police patrols and parking enforcementnt 10/27/ :34 AM 4 Would like a sign that reads no compression brakes going down hill on 169 & 394 by Kilmer Pond. Very bothersome and not necessary or slight hill. Retired truck driver 46 years. 5 Having been a resident for MANY years, I feel St Louis Park has done a great job. The Police Dept has always been very responsive any time I have ever called. Thanks 6 I am hoping that the SLP police are receiving and using implicit bias training. Because of the increased awareness of police power, and that police officers are regular folks, it may be helpful to recognize that there are a lot of people who are nervous about any interactions with the police. 7 Appreciate seeing the police cars cruise through the neighborhood- sometimes I feel like we get forgotten by other city services 8 Kilmer Avenue around the pond only has two street lights and they are both at the end of the circle.
