The driver notified CSP and was told to file a report online. I responded and the homeowner was fixing mechanical problems with the vehicle. 2/4/2018 3:51:00 AM Cross Timbers Dennis Open Doors Open Door/Window 2/4/ :09:00 AM Church of Woodmoor Chad Assist Assist Other Agency-Medical Assisted TLFD on a medical. 2/4/2018 9:32:00 PM Yellow Dogwood Heights Karl Assist Assist Other Agency-Medical TLMFD dispatched to the above address for a dog bite. Upon arrival I talked with the victim and his mother. Neither one could say where the dog came from. They described it as a black long haired Dachshund. The bite was actually a pinch on the leg with no punctures. Medical personnel on scene said there was nothing they could do since there was no puncture of the skin. I advised the mother if they wanted to file a complaint with animal law enforcement of the procedure to do that. 2/5/2018 8:09:00 AM Wild Duck Lane Chad Alarm Alarm RP called and said that their alarm had just gone off and requested WPS to respond. I responded and contacted the home owners son who advised that his dad had just left shopping and would be home soon. I responded and contacted PID 5588 in VID He ran out of gas and his phone did not have a signal. I let him use the WPS cell phone to contact his insurance company. Door to Fitness Center secured by WPS. I contacted the RP which responded and secured the door to Affordable Flooring. 2/10/2018 1:52:00 AM Saint Andrews Drive Drew Suspicous Activity Suspicious Incident RP called WPS and asked if we responded to his address for a Panic Alarm. I advised him that we had not been called. After further investigation it was found the EPSO, MPD, and PLPD had responded earlier. 2/10/2018 1:05:00 PM Saint Andrews Drive Art Assist Assist Other Agency-Utility RP, PID 5598 reported no water at her residence. I contacted the on call Woodmoor Water & Sanitation employee. He was aware of the problem and enroute to the location. 2/10/2018 1:32:00 PM Highway 105 Art Vehicle/Traffic Traffic Accident TLFD dispatched to a traffic accident at the intersection of Knollwood Blvd and Hwy 105. I responded and two vehicles had slid off the roadway. No injuries and no damage to private property. 2/10/2018 2:16:00 PM Monument Hill Road Art Vehicle/Traffic Traffic Accident TLFD dispatched to a traffic accident at the intersection of Deer Creek Road and Monument Hill Road. Minor fender bender and no injuries. I responded and the van was GOA, no solicitors found. 2/15/2018 8:04:00 AM Winding Meadow Way Kevin Suspicous Activity Suspicious Vehicle RP states a man is sitting in his vehicle in front of the above address. I responded and contacted 3 contractors that were working at the above address. One of the workers arrived early and was waiting for the other 2. I notified the RP of my findings. Code 4. 2/15/ :00:00 AM Slate Way Kevin Animal Complaint Animal Complaint RP states the dog from the above address roams the area daily. I responded and could not locate the dog. I contacted the dog owner at the above address and issued a warning that if verified, they could be issued a violation notice. Owner said she would put the invisible fence collar on. 2/15/2018 9:16:00 PM Lincoln Green Lane Justin Assist Assist Other Agency-Fire Page for a fire alarm at the above address. Stayed on scene for approx. 10 minutes and left when TLFD did not respond. 2/16/2018 4:00:00 AM Knollwood Blvd Drew Assist Assist Other Agency-Police While at the Kum and Go, MPD requested WPS assistance in a vehicle lockout. I was able to unlock the door without incident. 2/16/2018 1:47:00 PM Indian Summer Lane Les Open Doors Open Door/Window While conducting the first vacation check, I found the side garage entry door unlocked. The door was secured by WPS. 2/16/2018 7:15:00 PM Broken Fence Way Justin Vehicle/Traffic Traffic Accident RP reported an accident on Broken Fence Way and Top O' the Moor West involving a single vehicle towing a 40 foot trailer. Myself and 5W46 conducted traffic control until the tow truck arrived. I contacted CSP and advise of the accident. CSP trooper arrived and determined that no citation was needed. Tow truck pulled the vehicle out of the ditch and I cleared the scene. 2/17/ :25:00 AM Monument Vision Clinic Drew Open Doors Open Door/Window While checking the above location, I found both front double doors of the building unlocked. Doors secured by WPS. 2/17/2018 7:47:00 PM Sherwood Glen South Justin Animal Complaint Barking Dog - Unfounded RP reports a barking dog coming from behind their home, possibly from the "Arrowhead" housing area. I sat in the area of Lincoln Green and Sherwood Glen South but did not hear any barking at this time. Complaint unfounded. 2/17/ :01:00 PM Lone Scout Lookout Justin Suspicous Activity Suspicious Incident RP called and advised a person was walking around the above address with a flashlight looking through windows. Myself and 5W49 responded to the area. I contacted the owner of the house and he advised that everything was fine and that it would be his 7 year old. I responded and parked at the corner of Old Antlers and Lost Arrowhead and could hear the dog barking constantly. I responded to the address and observed one dog in the garage. I attempted contact with homeowners, found out they are on vacation and contacted the dog sitter instead. Issued verbal warning to dog sitter. 2/18/2018 2:36:00 AM Monument Vision Clinic Drew Open Doors Open Door/Window While checking the above location, I found the first set of front doors locked but not secure, inner doors were secure. 4 2/18/2018 8:41:00 AM Doewood Drive Karl Suspicous Activity Suspicious Incident RP reports that at approximately 0315 hours her father's car alarm went off and she went outside and saw a person wearing a black hoodie attempting to gain entry to the car in the driveway. When the person saw her, s/he ran east through her back yard and disappeared into the darkness. The person was not able to enter the car. She requested a drive by check of her residence for a few days. I advised her that we would begin drive by checks twice a night after dark for a week. Also advised her to contact EPSO and report the incident and in the future to contact us immediately if something like that happens again. 2/18/2018 1:32:00 PM Harness Road Karl Animal Complaint Animal Complaint RP states while walking his dog past the above address their dog came off property and tried to attack his dog. There was no contact, but it is the third time this has happened. I advised him that I would need an independent witness to issue a violation notice and he said that the neighbor across the street saw it happen. I told him I would speak to the neighbor and then to the owner's of the other dog. I also advised him of the process for reporting the incident to Animal Law Enforcement. I contacted the neighbor which said no one from his house witnessed the incident. I contacted the owner of the dog and gave a verbal warning since no supporting witnesses could be located. 2/18/2018 1:42:00 PM Heights Karl Juvenile Complaints Juvenile Complaint RP reports someone riding an unregistered 'dirt bike' on the streets in the Heights. Upon arrival I checked all the streets in the surrounding area and was unable to locate the vehicle. 2/18/2018 2:07:00 PM Caribou Drive Karl Juvenile Complaints Juvenile Complaint RP reports someone riding a 'dirt bike' or motorcycle in the 'greenbelt' off of Caribou Drive. Delayed response due to last call. Upon arrival in the area I checked all through the common area and could not locate anyone. I spoke to a couple residents who were outside and none of them heard or saw the bike. 2/18/2018 2:37:00 PM Walters Point Karl Solicitor Complaint Solicitor Complaint While on patrol in Woodmoor Park I was flagged down by a resident who complained of Jehovah's Witnesses going door to door. I contacted two young men in black pants and white shirts who fit the description given by the RP. I advised them that soliciting of any kind is prohibited within Woodmoor Park and that they would have to leave. They left the area without incident. 2/18/2018 3:28:00 PM Misty Morning Drive Karl Open Doors Open Door/Window While conducting the initial vacation check I found the pedestrian garage door unlocked. I was able to enter the garage, secure the dead bolt on the pedestrian door and exit via the automatic garage door. No one came to the door so I checked the residence and the home was secure. Code 4, unknown reason for activation. 2/20/2018 4:42:00 PM Greenwood Drive Art Animal Complaint Animal Complaint RP reported a golden retriever belonging to the above address was roaming loose. I checked the area and contacted the homeowner and the pet was inside the residence. 2/20/2018 9:20:00 PM Cloverleaf Road Art Assist Assist Other Agency-Medical Assisted on a medical. 2/21/ :26:00 PM Deer Creek Road Karl Assist Citizen Assist RP requests assistance getting vehicle unstuck after going of the driveway. Upon arrival they were able to get the vehicle unstuck without my assistance. 2/21/2018 3:27:00 PM Clear Brook Lane Karl Open Doors Open Door/Window During the first initial check, I found a window open on the back side of the house. I was unable to secure the window. I responded and found vehicle tracks in the snow heading south went off the roadway causing damage to the mailbox. I responded and the homeowner's daughter had accidentally set the alarm off. Code 4. 2/28/2018 2:40:00 PM Lewis Palmer Middle School Art Vehicle/Traffic Traffic Complaint While conducting traffic control at the crosswalk, VID 2718 disregarded the hand held stop sign and continued thru the crosswalk with a student already in the crosswalk and had to jump back to avoid being hit. VID 2718 never stopped and continued south on Woodmoor Drive. Incident reported to the EPSO. 2/28/2018 5:34:00 PM Church of Woodmoor Art Criminal Activity Trespassing RP reported a red pick-up truck drove into the wooded area adjacent to the east parking lot and disappeared. Myself and 5W45 responded and contacted the driver.
