This event will run alongside University of Scouting and will be held at Gaston College. This one-day event is to earn merit badges and fellowship with over 1200 Scouts from across the Piedmont Council. Council Banquet- Lincolnton, NC - Mark your calendars for Wed., Feb. 27 th for the annual Council Banquet. This is a recognition banquet for you the volunteers. We will recognize our Silver Beavers and nominations are due in the council office by Friday, Dec. 14 th. Scout Sunday Scout Sunday is officially on Feb. 3, but we encourage ALL units sponsored by a religious organization to conduct a Scout Sunday. This is a great opportunity to say thank you to the charter and recognize your leaders. Several Religious awards can be presented to youth and adults during Scout Sunday.
