Dated From the Comm., I&PR, Lr.No.16674/VE/2000, Dated $$$ In the reference second read above, the Commissioner, Information & Public Relations has stated that the rates for Video coverages were fixed in January, 1993 by which orders were issued vide reference first read above and the cost of equipments, transport charges such as diesel, petrol etc. have gone up considerably. 2. The Commissioner, Information & Public Relations has therefore, requested the Government to enhance the tariff fixed for Video coverages arranged by the Information & Public Relations Department for the functions arranged by the private parties. 3. Government, after careful consideration hereby enhance the rates for Video coverage that were fixed in January, 1993 for the service of equipment arranged by the Information & Public Relations Department used in Video coverages for the functions arranged by the private parties, Which are as follows:- S.No DETAILS AMOUNT Rs. 1 Camera Unit call sheet 8 hours duration or 4 ( 20 minutes) cassettes 2, Camera man per call sheet Light Assistant per call sheet Transport charges per KM at Rs minimum of 12 KMs Light charges per call sheet Video clippings charges with cassettes for each five minutes duration Total Charges for one call ( Amount may vary sheet as per duration of Video coverage) 3, Minimum charges may be fixed for half call sheet, i.e., 4 hours (amount may vary as per duration of Video coverage). 1, This order issues with the concurrence of Finance and Planning (Fin.
