2 Welcome Message South NEOCON 2019 Dear Esteemed Members of NEOCON South Chapter, Greetings from Andhra Pradesh On behalf of the Organising Committee, it is our pleasure to invite you for the 13th Annual South Zone Neonatology Conference 2019, hosted by NNF AP state, Vijayawada from 28th to 30th June, 2019 at Hotel NOVOTEL, Vijayawada.
