The town is popular as a site for viewing the sun setting into the Taiwan Strait. Trip to Sun Moon Lake: Sun Moon Lake is the largest body of water in Taiwan as well as a tourist attraction. Situated innantou, the area around the Sun Moon Lake is home to the Thao tribe, one of aboriginal tribes in Taiwan. The east side of the lake resembles a sun while the west side resembles a moon, hence the name.

It also provides e-business services to businesses, governments and consumers. In 2012 Acer was the fourth largest personal computer vendor in the world.

Enterprise Visit(1) :Central Taiwan Science Park For CTSP, the youngest science park in Taiwan, there is infinite room and flexibility for development. Besides listening to what the industries and the local people have to say, the CTSP will also take advantage of existing strengths such as the geographical location and the precision machinery industrial cluster in Central Taiwan to reach out domestically and internationally and differentiate from the Hsinchu Science Park and the Southern Taiwan Science Park in the future in order to attract more domestic and international high-tech manufacturers. The next step is to innovate and still innovate while at the same time to take care of the economy, the environment, combine innovative elements, create the industrial cluster effect, and encourage innovative businesse
