Method of Preparation 1.Cut the sweet lime into 3/4 size,and scoop out the Orange pulp and juice. 2.Keep the orange hood aside. 3.Heat the milk and reduce into half, and add sugar.cook well. 4. en add the custard powder, mix well without lumps. 5.Add orange essence,mix well, check the sweetening. 6.When it comes thick consistency,remove from the re.let it cool. 7.Pour custard into the Orange hood, and keep it in the refrigerator for 3 hours. 8.Serve and Garnished with dry cherries.
