4 Training Calendar : 2018 From CEO's Desk Dear Members, As you are aware, a separate Training Vertical to cater e training requirements of Banking and financial sector was formed in IIBF and has been functioning since 2012 in tandem wi e vision and mission of e organization. IIBF has state-of-e-art training facilities at its Leadership center in Mumbai. Since last year, e Institute has also been conducting e training programmes for e Bank staff in our Professional Development Centers located in Chennai, Kolkata and New Delhi respectively. I have pleasure to note at various Banks and FIs have been consistently and continuously supporting IIBF's training activities during e last 6 years. The Institute has been circulating yearly Training calendar and e calendar for e year 2018 is ready for circulation. Care has been taken to design new courses and also to continue wi e existing programmes which are regularly demanded by e banks. We also update e programmes wherever required. The Institute is also conducting customized in company programmes for different banks wiin e country and abroad as well, based on e requirements in different areas including e Trainers Training. Customized training programmes are conducted at our campus or in e concerned bank's premises. Utmost care is taken to make each programme participative, interactive and a trainee oriented raer an just a trainer managed programme. Our well informed and experienced Faculty Members and learned empanelled guest Faculties give abundant value additions in each programme to ensure considerable improvement in e exit behavior of e trainees compared to eir entry behavior. This Training Calendar 2018 does not include e post examination class room training in our Blended Courses under e Capacity building as per e regulatory guidelines which will be scheduled separately based on e number of passed candidates at different locations, apart from e virtual classes being broadcasted from our Leadership Centre at Mumbai as per e scheduled dates communicated to e candidates in advance.
