5 HOTELIERS TALK 5 CHEF CORNER BREAD CHEESE BALLS INGREDIENTS Bread -10 pieces Potato- 500g Green peas-100g Carrot -100g Onion -50g Green chillies -2 no Ginger -20g Garlic -20g Garam masala -2 gm Chilli powder-2g Cumin powder-2g Salt -to taste Coriander leaves-few Cheese cubes-300g Bread crumbs-100g Oil - to fry Chef J.Prabhu Assistant Professor of Food Production Kalasalingam University Srivilliputhur.
