5 HOTELIERS TALK 5 CHEF CORNER BREAD CHEESE BALLS INGREDIENTS Bread -10 pieces Potato- 500g Green peas-100g Carrot -100g Onion -50g Green chillies -2 no Ginger -20g Garlic -20g Garam masala -2 gm Chilli powder-2g Cumin powder-2g Salt -to taste Coriander leaves-few Cheese cubes-300g Bread crumbs-100g Oil - to fry Chef J.Prabhu Assistant Professor of Food Production Kalasalingam University Srivilliputhur. Method of Preparation 1.boil the potato and green peas, mash it well. 2.Chop onions, green chillies and carrots, keep aside. 3.Make gg paste, keep it aside. 4.In a mixing bowl, add potato, carrots,onion,chillies, bread cubes and gg paste, mix well. 5.Then add spice powder,salt mix well. 6.then Make even size round ball, 7.put the cheese cubes in centre of the balls,and shape it. 8.Roll the balls in bread crumbs, and deep fry in oil.serve hot.
