Onions medium gms Coriander Leaves \2 tsp Cumin Seeds 8. 2 tsp Red Chili Powder/ black pepper crushed 9. Salt to taste 10. Oil for deep frying Method of Preparation 1.Cut the cauliflower into small flowerets and put it into salted water. 2.Make a paste of tomato and Ginger garlic and keep it aside. 3.Saute shallots and green chillies in a kadai, and add Ginger garlic paste. 4.Saute well, then add tomato paste, still well. 5.Add cauliflower, stir well, add coconut milk, cook well. 6.Then add all the powdered spices one by one, cook well. 7.Add ghee, stir well, and check the correct seasoning, garnished with spring onions. Your recipe along with pictures can be placed in Method of Preparation 1. Pick, wash and Soak the chana dal in water for about 2-3 hours. 2. Roughly chop the green chilies, curry leaves and coriander leaves. 3. Coarsely grind the dal without adding water. 4. Mix all the ingredients with salt and portion it. 5.
