Inland Waterways and Domestic Sea Way should be put to use to navigate petroleum products and cargo. The colleges for Arts, Science, Hotel Management, Agriculture, Engineering could be elevated to Centre of Excellence. Roll on and Roll Off facility for Trucks at Railway Station Setting up of Trade & Convention Centre in Thiruvananthapuram
