5 PAYMENT TERMS Payments: At the time of reservation confirmation, a deposit of 2 nights accommodation charge (refundable as per Cancellation Policy) must be paid either by Credit card or Wire Transfer. Balance pre-payment in full is required 21 days prior to arrival date. If the booking is for NEW YEAR PERIOD, full pre-payment is required 45 days prior to arrival date.
