3 Company profile BVE Stand provides conception, design, production and management services of commercial spaces. Our team includes designers, carpenters, joiners, painters, locksmiths, plumbers, electricians and graphic artists. We own one production facility with a total area of 8000 square meters in Shanghai. Our associate production facilities in Shenzhen and Beijing enable us to offer fast service nationwide. We have a network of associate companies in Southeast Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East where we deliver turn-key projects for customers. We offer system, modular and custom-built stands to clients. Besides being a general contractor for exhibition and event project, we also produce and supply commercial props. Components are custom-built in our own production facility. Moreover, construction of commercial demonstrators and store fitting represents an important part of our business. 14 Management team Wang Huan Managing Director Huan founded BVE Holdings which owns BVE Stand. In his role, he is responsible for international sales, design, corporate strategy, corporate development and finance. Prior to founding BVE Stand, Huan gained operating experience in diversified manufacturing and supply chain management in Spain and Peru. Huan earned an MBA degree with concentration in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of St.Gallen (Universität St.Gallen, HSG) in Switzerland. Huan is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English and Spanish and conversant in Japanese and German. Wang Xiaoting Operation Director Xiaoting is BVE Stand s operation director. Xiaoting oversees the company s manufacturing operations, product, process and quality control of projects. Xiaoting has a wealth of experience in carpentry and wood construction gained over 30 years, of which ten years were in the exhibition and events industry. Each year he supervises the construction of at least 20 large-scale pavilions of 500 square meters each. He has delivered more than 500 projects during the past ten years. Wang Xiaoan Managing Director Xiaoan oversees the commercial props and store fitting division of the company. He is a carpenter by training for 26 years. Wang Honglin Managing Director Hongling manages a list of domestic customers and participates in project management for large scale exhibition projects. He is a trained carpenter for 15 years. 12
