It was a well planned outing with a variety of things to do and eat. The highlight was the beanbag baseball game. We had larger teams than normal because we had just 2 teams and the majority of the group participated. After the first game the losing team was allowed to take 2 team members from the winning team and give them two in return. We were all amazed at the change those swaps made in the final score. It was our very own Jane Ward that was on the winning team both times. In fact you could say that she was a major reason that each team won. The park we stayed at came complete with a very large clubhouse that we put to good use. It had an elevated stage at one end and a fully equipped kitchen. The pricing was good and the Wash-I-Bago Officers decided to book it again next year. Our Dianne Mumaw chaired the committee that suggested the site. Way to go Dianne! Submitted by Judy Simmons MEMBERSHIP CHAIRMAN Judy Simmons 727/ judycsimmons@comcast.net NEWSLETTER EDITOR Judy Stern 425/ judystern@msn.com
