6 Maps & Directions ROSEBANK CROWNE PLAZE GIBS FROM SANDTON Take Rivonia Road south, which becomes Oxford Road Turn right into Bierman Avenue (Park Hyatt hotel on your left) At the T-Junction turn left into Bath Avenue Turn right into Tyrwhitt Avenue Corner Tyrwhitt and Sturdee Avenue. FROM JOHANNESBURG CBD Take M1 North towards Sandton/ Pretoria Exit at Glenhove Road (after 11th Avenue off ramp) Turn left at the traffic lights and continue for approximately 3km Cross over the intersection at Oxford Road onto Bolton Road Turn right into Sturdee Avenue At the Third Traffic light turn firth into Sturdee Avenue Rosebank Hotel is at the Corner of Sturdee & Tyrwhitt Avenue on your right. TAKE M1 NORTH TOWARDS SANDTON /PRETORIA Exit at Jan Smuts off ramp and turn left at the traffic lights Continue on Jan Smuts Avenue for approximately 6km Turn right into Tyrwhitt Avenue At the second set of traffic lights turn left into Sturdee Avenue The Rosebank is immediately after the traffic lights on your Right Corner Sturdee & Tyrwhitt Avenue. FROM THE M1 If approaching from the M1, take the Corlett Drive off-ramp and proceed west up Corlett Drive towards the Wanderers Club. At the top of Corlett Drive, turn left into Oxford Road. Move immediately into the right hand lane, and turn right at the first set of traffic lights into Bompas Road. Continue to the next set of lights where you turn right into Melville Road. There is one further set of traffic lights, which you go through, and immediately on your right is the Illovo Lodge entrance. Go just past this, and you will see the main entrance to GIBS. FROM JAN SMUTS AVENUE If approaching from Jan Smuts Avenue, turn east into Bompas Road. Continue to the next set of lights where you turn left into Melville Road. There is one further set of traffic lights, which you go through, and immediately on your right is the Illovo Lodge entrance. Go just past this, and you will see the main entrance to GIBS. FROM OR TAMBO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT Take the R24 towards Johannesburg Follow N3/N12 South signs Take M2 West towards Johannesburg Take M1 North towards Sandton/Pretoria Exit at Glenhove Road (after 11th Avenue off ramp) Turn left at the traffic lights and continue for approximately 3km Cross over the intersection at Oxford Road onto Bolton Road Turn right into Sturdee Avenue At the Third Traffic light turn firth into Sturdee Avenue Rosebank Hotel is at the Corner of Sturdee & Tyrwhitt Avenue on your right.
