3 JAN 2015 HKROA Council for 2014/ 至 2015 年度 香港馬主協會理事會 The Annul Generl Meeting of HKROA ws successfully held on 28 November 2014 t Hppy Vlley Stnd of the Hppy Vlley Rcecourse, nd the new Council for the yer 2014/2015 ws elected. Mr. Apollo Ng ws elected s the new President nd seven other Officers were lso elected by the Council t the first Council Meeting immeditely held fter the Annul Generl Meeting. Mr. Ng mde good use of "We re Here To Serve" s new mission sttement for the development of the Assocition's ctivities. The new Council will follow the trdition of effective communictions with The Hong Kong Jockey Club nd orgnize more ctivities s to strive for the benefits of fellow Members. On top of this, overses visits, incresing Members' benefits through the use of membership crd nd more fundrising events for the HKROA Chritble Foundtion re ll in the ctivities gend of the new Council. 香港馬主協會第三十七屆周年大會已於 2014 年 11 月 28 日假座跑馬地馬場快活看台舉行 而新一屆香港馬主協會理事會亦已順利選出 在緊接著周年大會後舉行的首次理事會會議上 吳嵩先生被推舉為協會第三十七屆會長 而另外七位行政成員亦同時於會上選出 新任會長吳嵩先生在就職時以 非以役人 乃役於人 來形容未來會務的發展 除了秉承 傳統與香港賽馬會合作無間溝通及舉辦多個活動外 海外參觀 增強會員福利及為香港馬 主協會慈善基金籌募更多善款 惠澤社群 都是任內的要務 President 會長 Apollo S. 4 Owners Gzette Profile of new Council Member Chew Fook Aun Mr. Chew Fook Aun joined the Hong Kong Jockey Club s Rcing Member on 1 April 1998 nd becme Full member on 1 July He currently owns two horses under his own nme, nmely, P J Hll nd Penng Hll. He is lso syndicte member of the Hong Kong Rcehorse Owners Assocition (HKROA) Syndicte, the Hong Kong Footbll Club (HKFC) Syndicte s well s the Right Trck Syndicte. The HKFC Syndicte currently hs horse nmed Secret Identity. Other horses owned by this Syndicte in the pst in which he hd co-ownership were Rock--lot nd Fst--lot. Through the Right Trck Syndicte, he hd lso previously co-owned horses such s Right Frrr, Right Timing nd Gol Post. In ddition to horse rcing, he swims nd plys sqush in his leisure time nd together with his wife, they re ctive supporters of chrities such s the Child Development Centre which is chired by his wife. He is currently the Deputy Chirmn of Li Sun Group which is property development, property investment, medi nd entertinment group. Mr. Chew considers it n honour to be elected s Council Member of the HKROA. He hopes to contribute to the HKROA through ctive service on the Council nd its committees with the im to help to enlrge the membership of the HKROA s well s bring more ctivities to the members both socilly s well s through equestrin ctivities. 新理事檔案 周福安 周福安於一九九八年四月一日成為香港賽馬會的賽馬會員 並於二零零一年七月一日成為全費會員 現時周先生個人名義擁有 福駿寶 及 福愛寶 兩駒 他亦是香港馬主協會團體 香港足球會團 體以及正途團體的成員 香港足球會團體現時擁有 旺金旺銀 周先生亦為退役馬 足球大師 及 足球快綫 以及正途團體名下的 東方遊戲 精彩遊戲 及 盈金遊戲 等駒的合夥馬主 除了熱愛賽馬運動之外 周先生亦喜歡游泳及壁球 更會與太太積極參與不少慈善活動 包括以周 先生太太為主席的明德兒童啟育中心 為社會作出貢獻 周先生為麗新集團的副主席 其公司業務包括地產發展及投資 娛樂及傳播媒體等 能夠成為香港馬主協會的理事 周先生深感榮幸 他希望藉此鼓勵更多人士加入香港馬主協會 從 而擴大協會的架構 並為會員舉辦更多聯誼及有關馬術等的活動

He feels extremely honoured to be elected s Council Member of the HKROA nd given the chnce to serve the Assocition nd Members. Mr. Lo ims to ssist in promoting the imge of the HKJC nd the HKROA, to influence young genertion the joy of horse rcing nd to recruit more HKJC Owners to become prt of the HKROA fmily. Mr. Lo ws the Owner of "Grnd Cru" of Lucky 13 Syndicte. Currently he owns three horses which includes "Principl" of DTFU Syndicte, "Cosmic Boom" nd "Rouge et Blnc" under his sole nme. Lst yer, the HKROA Chritble Foundtion ("the Foundtion") hs mde dontion to the Hong Kong Prlympic Committee & Sports Assocition for the Physiclly Disbled ("HKPC&SAPD") by supporting the Apprentice Jockeys' School ("AJS") tem to prticipte in the "Run for Prlympins", 10K event of the Stndrd Chrtered Hong Kong Mrthon. The Tem HKROA/AJS first time joined hnds in the event in 2014 hs won the Chmpion trophy of the Run for Prlympins Cup, in ddition, two Trinees of the AJS hve held the record of the Run for Prlympins Cup.
