1 52ND ANNUAL WWOA CONFERENCE Wisconsin Wastewater Operators Association 2017 Exhibitor Registration Information Please consider exhibi ng at the 2018 WWOA Conference. We will be at the very scenic Grand Geneva Resort. The Grand Geneva Resort will be celebra ng their 50 th Anniversary of the Playboy Bunny Club. Featuring bunny feet to lead you around the tracks of technical sessions and exhibit areas. 52nd Annual WWOA Conference at the Grand Geneva Resort Lake Geneva, WI October 16 19, restaurants on site: Geneva Chop House, Ristorante Brissago, Grand Cafe Full 5 Star Spa on site Golf course on site Starbucks on site Complete Athle c Facility with fitness center Everyone can stay on site at the Grand Geneva Trolleys will run through the facility for transporta on We begin Tuesday night with the meet and greet on the deck by the pool overlooking the golf course. Beverages and food will be served. Wednesday Exhibits from 10:00am 5:00pm. Sessions begin at 10:45am. We have 4 tracks of technic al programs, two on the upper level and two on the lower level of the facility. Next to each of the technical programs will be an exhibit area. This will ensure traffic through all exhibit areas. This year we have a special event. On Wednesday night the exhibitors will host a social gathering at the Grand Geneva Ski Chalet from 8:00pm 11:00pm. Drink ckets will be given out by exhibitors at their booths during the day on Wednesday. Tap beer, wine, and soda complimentary with a drink cket. Lastly we will have a bonfire at the Chalet EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION OPENS November 1, 2017 through July 31, 2018 Early Bird Cost per Booth $470

2 Booth Descrip on 8 X 10 space, piped and draped, one 8 skirted table and two chairs, iden fica on sign, and one 110 v outlet. Please note that the exhibit hall is carpeted. Addi onal electrical connec ons or supplies may be ordered from the Exhibi ng Set Up Company. All exhibitors will receive a separate set up packet from the Valley Expo. Booth Costs (Sponsorship Fee Included per Booth) On or before July 31, $470.00* Star ng August 1, $670.00* *Above costs include one conference registra on fee. Everyone staffing the booth must register for the conference, but at this me we will only be taking registra ons for the exhibitors, plus that one conference registra on that comes with the booth. Registra on for all booth staff will open in June when the a endee registra on opens. Do s and Don ts All Manufacturing, Consultant Firms, Sales Firms, Exhibitors, and Contract Opera on Firms NOT exhibi ng at the Annual Conference must pay the Sponsorship Fee of $140*. *one fee per firm Any events sponsored by manufacturers and consultants, such as luncheons, training sessions, hospitality suites, etc., that interfere with the conference (including exhibit hours) will not be allowed. 6 WWOA On-Line Registration On-line registration for Exhibitor booths will open on Monday, November 1, 2017 Additional booth personnel will be able to register online for the 2018 WWOA Conference in June of You will a receive a Conference Registration booklet in the mail as well.
