The company owns and manages an extensive por olio of shopping centres, office buildings, industrial proper es, and one of the largest private land holdings in the province. Typically, Ronmor develops and retains ownership of its projects. This mandate has helped the company evolve into a sophis cated development and management company that maintains long term vision. 3 Calgary & Area Por olio Highlights Silverado Marketplace Calgary, AB Officially opened in September, 2013, Silverado Marketplace is Ronmor s newest retail shopping centre. It is situated at the corner of Sheriff King Street and 194 th Avenue SW with convenient connec ons to both MacLeod Trail and Stoney Trail (22X). Silverado Marketplace provides a variety of primary services to many communi es in the southwest such as Silverado, Somerset, Bridlewood, Walden, and Chaparral. Given its proximity to Spruce Meadows, the centre was designed with a western theme. The LEED inspired design incorporates a Market Street, landscaped pedestrian walkways, and walkability to the Silverado residen al community. The Shoppes of Marda Loop Calgary, AB Centrally located in the heart of trendy Marda Loop, the Shoppes of Marda Loop is a mixed use development comprised of six floors two floors of commercial space and four floors of residen al condominiums. The site is situated on 33 rd Avenue and benefits from heavy pedestrian and vehicular traffic. Retail tenants include Shoppers Drug Mart, Phil & Sebas an Coffee Rosters, RBC, and Rogers Wireless. This prominent development also boasts three levels of heated underground parking and a beau fully landscaped second floor outdoor terrace. This centre was Calgary s first mixed use development to include retail, office, and residen al in one cohesive project, and it put the community in the spotlight for premier neighbourhood revivals.

4 Calgary & Area Por olio Highlights Ribtor East & West Calgary, AB Both phases of Ribtor are located side by side on 11th Avenue in Calgary s beltline, just two blocks south of City Hall. The development encompasses two buildings with more than 100,000 square feet of character office space. Class A ameni es include an underground parkade, secure bike room, a er hours card key access, and new or fully restored mechanical/electrical systems. Ribtor West won the BOMA Canada TOBY award in 2006 for Best Office Building under 100,000 square feet. Sloane Square Calgary, AB This central suburban office building is located two blocks east of Chinook Centre and one block north of the Chinook LRT Sta on, with easy access to Glenmore Trail, MacLeod Trail, Blackfoot Trail, and Deerfoot Trail. Sloane Square is home to many medical tenants and boasts a large interior tropical atrium with live plants and a water feature for tenants to enjoy. The architectural design of this shopping centre is aesthe cally pleasing with pathways and mee ng areas incorporated into its overall design. Centennial Village Okotoks, AB This centre is situated in a prime loca on along busy Southridge Drive in Okotoks. It is a beau fully landscaped eight building centre with more than 55,000 square feet of notable businesses such as ATB Financial, Co op Gas / Convenience Store, Canada Diagnos c Centres, and Shoppers Drug Mart. The site boasts ample parking and provides great access via a controlled signalized intersec on.

6 Calgary & Area Por olio Highlights Ronmor Business Centre Calgary, AB This three building office centre is located within the Highfield Industrial Park just off of Blackfoot Trail and 42nd Avenue. The a rac ve complex houses several major tenants and encompasses more than 120,000 square feet. The second phase of this office complex, Highfield Four, is highlighted below. Highfield Four Calgary, AB Located immediately east of Ronmor Business Centre (above), this development was completed in 2009 and is fully leased to a major engineering firm. The single storey 33,000 square foot building was a complete retrofit from a previous retail distribu on centre and completed the final phase of Ronmor Business Centre. Barlow Sta on Calgary, AB This centre consists of two mul na onal restaurants located on a highly visible corner on Barlow Trail. The site has abundant parking and is located less than five kilometers from the Calgary Interna onal Airport. Barlow Sta on has great access / egress by means of a controlled signalized intersec on.

7 Western Canada Por olio Highlights Rainbow Plaza Whistler, BC Currently under development, the site is located at the northern gateway of Whistler along Highway 99 in the heart of the Rainbow community. Rainbow Plaza will consist of three floors of separately tled apartment style condominiums and ground floor retail. A Loblaw grocery store will be the anchor tenant on the main floor, while an addi onal 6,000 square feet will accommodate a pharmacy, restaurant, café, and other retail shops/services; a Chevron service sta on will be located on an adjacent site. Smart Growth Principles are being applied to the development of this centre and are key to the sensi ve, sustainable design. Together with municipal planners, contractors, and our architect, Ronmor aims to achieve LEED Silver status by incorpora ng energy saving and innova ve ideas into the overall design of Rainbow Square. Paramount Court Kelowna, BC Currently occupied by Paramount Theatre, Paramount Court is located along Bernard Avenue in the heart of downtown Kelowna s busy tourist area. The site is steps from City Park and overlooks the Kelowna Yacht Club, Stuart Park, and beau ful Lake Okanagan. Located at the major intersec on of Highway 20 and 47th Avenue, and in close proximity to Sylvan Lake, Ryders Square is across from Wal Mart, Extra Foods, Rona, and McDonald s. Anchor tenants of this property include Sobeys, Shoppers Drug Mart, RBC, and Ryders Square s newest business Hockey Central Sports Lounge. Taylor Plaza Red Deer, AB Starbucks, Community Savings, Co op Liquor / Gas, and A&W are some of the appealing tenants within this four acre site in northwest Red Deer. Good traffic flow throughout the centre is made possible with a signalized intersec on on Taylor Drive and the various right in/right out access and egress points. Stonebridge Village Saskatoon, SK Completed in 2011, this six building centre in Saskatoon is strategically located on Clarence Avenue. Situated just south of the new interchange at Circle Drive, and in close proximity to several golf courses, Stonebridge Village is adjacent to Stonegate Power Centre and comprises nearly 60,000 square feet of prime retail space. Major tenants include RBC, Tim Horton s, Prairie Mobility, Mo on Fitness, and Urban Barn.

The Crossing at 134th Edmonton, AB This former Wosk s furniture store is located on St. Albert Trail in northwest Edmonton near Kristy s Corner and Skyview Shopping Centre. An extensive retrofit of the building increased parking ra os and curb appeal, making it more a rac ve to tenants and customers.
