2 RETREAT OVERVIEW Event: Happy Black Woman 2014 Retreat: Hawaii Dates: Monday, September 8 through Sunday, September 14 Location: Honolulu, Hawaii (on the island of Oahu) Airport: Honolulu International Airport (HNL) When to Arrive: The retreat will kick off at 5:00pm on Monday evening with a private welcome reception and end at 12:00pm on Sunday.

4 RETREAT AGENDA During this intimate, week-long destination retreat, you will: Master the core components of designing the life you really want to live Discover your true purpose in life and begin to align your everyday decisions with your destiny in mind Transform your mindset about what's possible for your life so you can start living up to your highest potential Learn a process for creating a business doing what you love, so that you can start earning money (or more money) related to your passion Finally understand what stops you from making progress on your goals (we'll address selfsabotage, subconscious fears and limiting beliefs about yourself) Develop a sustainable plan for ongoing self-care, including opportunities for group meditation and yoga in a relaxing, tropical environment FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS What is the refund policy? In the event that you can no longer attend the retreat, refunds are available until June 30, 2014 (less the $400 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT). After that date, no refunds will be given under any circumstances. You will, however, be able to transfer your retreat ticket to another person. Which costs are NOT included in the cost of the retreat? Your flight, most meals and ground transportation (taxis and airport shuttle, etc.) are not included. Be sure to budget for meals on your own, shopping and souvenirs, ground transportation and the roundtrip flight to/from Honolulu International Airport (HNL). The cost of the flight typically ranges from $800-$1,200 USD, depending on which airport you're departing from. The cost of the airport shuttle will be about $15 each way. Will there be wireless internet access in my hotel room? Yes! Wireless internet will be available at no additional cost to you. So bring your laptop, ipad, etc. if you'd like to use it during the retreat! Will I receive any printed materials at the retreat? Yes! You will receive the complete Happy Black Woman Retreat Binder that includes all the exercises, worksheets and templates from the workshops that you can use to improve your life and business long after the retreat is over. 5 RETREAT LOCATION AND HOTEL INFORMATION The 2014 Happy Black Woman Hawaii Retreat will be held at the Embassy Suites Waikiki Beach Walk located in the heart of Waikiki! The Embassy Suites Waikiki Beach Walk Resort is Hawaii s only all-suite resort and it s just steps away from world-famous Waikiki Beach and Waikiki Beach Walk - an outdoor entertainment plaza, 40 retail shops, six outstanding restaurants and many cultural offerings. The property has a heated outdoor pool, whirlpool, fitness center and complimentary wireless internet.

7 YOUR HOTEL ROOM A one-bedroom city-view suite is included in the cost of your retreat ticket. All retreat participants MUST room with another attendee during the retreat. You will be assigned a roommate prior to your arrival. Each suite has a bedroom with two queen beds, a living room with a flat-screen TV and cable, plus a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator.

8 GETTING THERE Airport Information: Honolulu International Airport hawaii.gov/hnl There are a number of ways to get to and from Honolulu International Airport. The airport is located 10 miles from Waikiki and six miles from downtown Honolulu. HNL is accessible by car, taxi, bus, and shuttle. The H-1 Interstate Freeway has both eastbound and westbound exits that bring you directly to the airport. SpeediShuttle (Recommended Option) : (808) SpeediShuttle provides affordable on demand door to door service from the airport. Departs within 20 minutes of check-in with Shuttle Attendant at pickup zone. Shuttle accepts both cash and credit cards. Fees (as of November 2013) Waikiki / Honolulu Harbor (one way) from $ Waikiki / Honolulu Harbor (round trip) from $ includes a 10% discount on the return segment when booked at the same time as your initial travel. No baggage fee for up to 2 bags per person plus one carry-on. Each bag over the two per person limit, $8.00. Shuttle Stops Shuttle stops are conveniently located on the ground level at the tour group areas adjacent to Baggage Claims C (Interisland Terminal) and H (Diamond Head Terminal), as well as curbside at the Overseas Terminal (between Baggage Claim D and E) and the Commuter Terminal.SpeediShuttle Greeters and Shuttle Attendants wearing red aloha prints are present throughout baggage claim and at each pickup location to arrange your door to door transportation. SpeediShuttle signage is located throughout the terminals and at each pickup zone. Taxi Taxi Service is available on the center median fronting the terminal baggage claim areas. See the taxi dispatchers (green shirts with yellow lettering, and the wording TAXI DISPATCHER for service. The fare from the airport to Waikiki during non-rush hour periods is approximately $35.00-$40.00, maximum of four people, plus a baggage charge of 35 cents per bag. Fare is by meter only. Public Transportation: The Bus - thebus.org, (808) The City & County of Honolulu provides an island-wide bus transportation system that serves Honolulu International Airport. Take Bus 19 or 20 to get to Waikiki from the airport to the hotel.

9 Bus Route No. 19 Eastbound route goes from the airport, then to Kalihi Kai (via Nimitz Highway), downtown Honolulu, the Honolulu Civic Center, Ala Moana Shopping Center and ends in Waikiki. Westbound route goes from the airport and ends at Hickam Air Force Base. Bus Route No. 20 Eastbound route goes from the airport, then to Kalihi (via Nimitz Highway), downtown Honolulu, the Honolulu Civic Center, Ala Moana Shopping Center and ends in Waikiki. Westbound route goes from the airport to the Arizona Memorial, Aloha Stadium, Aiea and ends at Pearlridge Shopping Center. Bus Schedule City Buses arrive and depart from the airport approximately every 30 minutes depending on route number. Bus Stops are located on the second level roadway along the center median. Look for the signs. Fees Adults $2.50 Senior Citizen (with Reduced Fare card or valid US Medicare card) $1.00 Visitor Pass (Four consecutive day pass. Unlimited use.) $25.00 Baggage Rules No backpacks with metal frames allowed. All bags must be able to be placed under the feet or on the lap without protruding into the aisle way. No bag may be larger than 22"x14"x9" Driving via Rental Car Embassy Suites Waikiki Beach Walk is just 9 miles from the Honolulu International Airport. From Honolulu International Airport go east on H-1 Freeway. Take the Punahou Exit and turn right on Punahou St. Take the first right on South Beretania Street. Take the first left on Kalakaua Avenue, turn right on Beachwalk. Hotel's Porte Cochere is on the left. Six rental car companies, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz and National are located on airport. Four others provide off-airport car rentals. Registration counters are located in the Baggage Claim area. On airport rental car offices are located on the ground level opposite Baggage Claim G. Car rental shuttles stop in designated areas along the center median on the ground level outside of baggage claim areas.

She holds a Master s Degree in Organizational Management from Trinity Washington University and a Bachelor s Degree in English from Virginia Commonwealth University. Rosetta has also taught leadership, business and management courses as an Adjunct Professor in the School of Professional Studies at Trinity Washington University.
