Make sure you optimise your operation for every flight: N-Performance allows you to optimise each flight, given their own specificity (type of aircraft, specific airport, load status ) to ensure maximum payload may be carried while maintaining required safety margins. Optimise take-off and landing for your mixed fleet: Regardless of aircraft manufacturer, N-Performance optimises take-off and landing performance according to regulations and manufacturer specifications. Deploy one single tool for all your staff: One program with adaptable interfaces that permits multiple airline functions (e.g. dispatch, pilot, engineers) to perform performance calculations specific to their job function.

074 Flight Operations N-Software Services N-SAMS N-SAMS adapts to any environment: N-SAMS is neither aircraft type specific, nor airline sise specific. Any airline can implement successfully S-SAMS. N-SAMS involves all Safety players at your airline: Flight Crew, Cabin Crew, Ground Handling, Maintenance, audits, inspections, N-AIRFASE data, coffee corners N-SAMS integrates all SMS (Safety Management System) areas: 4 modules to: Report events, Qualify and create Occurrences and Safety issues, Define Actions to mitigate risks and Monitor through following of your Key Performance Indicators. N-SAMS (Safety Assessment and Management System) is a global reporting platform managing safety data workflow across airlines organisation and processes, ensuring you are in line with ICAO requirements.

Flight Operations 075 Bespoke Solutions ROPS - by NAVBLUE by NAVBLUE ROPS by NAVBLUE is an avionics alerting system designed to prevent runway overrun on landing. The only overrun prevention system certified by all leading authorities. How ROPS by NAVLUE protects: ROPS continuously monitors the aircraft s position and energy with respect to the runway ROPS continuously calculates the distance needed to safely stop the aircraft taking the aircraft performance into account If this distance becomes longer than the remaining runway length, ROPS triggers an alert. Real-time, performance-based calculation: Continuous real-time calculation of stopping distance vs remaining runway length. Clear and directive alert: Clear, unambiguous visual and aural alerts with simple procedures. True runway overruns protection: Via a system that truly protects. Via a backup insurance that truly pays. Bespoke Solutions by NAVBLUE optimise the overall Air Traffic Management ecosystem by providing products and services around safety, compliance and performance-monitoring.

076 Flight Operations Bespoke Solutions Airspace - by NAVBLUE by NAVBLUE Efficiency: Improve efficiency of operations by providing more direct routes, shorter approaches, optimised vertical profiles (Continuous Descent Operations) and improving payload. Safety: Enhance safety by providing fully repeatable and manageable procedures defined down to runway threshold. Environment: Reduce noise in sensitive areas. Reduce fuel burn and aircraft CO2 emissions by providing shorter and optimised approach and departure paths. Capacity: Increase airport capacity by de-conflicting departures and arrivals, and optimising airspace usage while reducing ATC workload. Accessibility: Improve airport accessibility by implementing IFR procedures in terrain challenging environment and/or lowering approach minimal, thus reducing number of weather related diversions and cancellations. Airspace by NAVBLUE redesigns your airspace, either enroute or terminal, so as to make it more efficient. Airspace by NAVBLUE aims at organising and optimising the airspace in and around the airport with the goal of either increase an airport s capacity or design green procedures (fuels savings and CO emission reduction) and organise access to an airfield in remote areas.

Flight Operations 077 Your Operations - by NAVBLUE Your Operations by NAVBLUE comprises the following modules: Your RNAV Validation: Testing your RNAV procedures to help your designers. Your EFB Management: Ensuring remotely data management and administration of your EFB for efficient flight operations in the cockpit. Your EFB Approval: Supporting you in obtaining the EFB operational approval from your authorities, in order to take faster the full benefit of N-Flysmart. Your Documentation Management: Developing and managing your customised flight operations documentation in digital format (migration, customisation, revision and publication). Your Performance Studies: Conducting Performance, Noise, Fuel studies when required by the authorities, enabling deployment of improved operations. Producing your Load & Trim sheet. Your RAIM Prediction: Ensuring that GNSS signal your flights will encounter will meet the necessary requirements to perform your GNSS procedures as planned. Your Training: Three modules to help you be more efficient, for EFB Management, Weight & Balance and Performance. Your Flight Data Analysis: Analysing your operational flight data by identifying significant occurrences or risk precursors using a global statistical approach. Your Navigation Data Validation: Make sure that the Navigation database you are using is always up to date. Concentrate on what you like, we do the rest: At certain time, you might be willing to outsource part of your operations so that you can concentrate on your current other challenges. Gain even more efficiency: Your Operations is driven by those very same persons that developed the tools you use. There are no better conditions to get the most of these tools.

078 Flight Operations Bespoke Solutions GNSS Monitoring - by NAVBLUE by NAVBLUE Ensuring compliance with ICAO Annex 10 requirements: GNSS Monitoring by NAVBLUE allows airports supporting GNSS operations to meet ICAO Annex 10 guidance requiring monitoring and recording of GNSS data. Quick reaction in case of signal drop: GNSS Monitoring by NAVBLUE can give alerts if the GNSS signal quality is degraded, which can arise from natural events such as ionospheric interference but also local signal jamming. Legal recording of GNSS signals: Record signal data for all constellations GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, Compass and SBAS to support accident and incident investigation. It is impossible to predict events that may affect the GNSS signal such as solar activity. GNSS Monitoring by NAVBLUE helps ANSPs to monitor and record the GNSS signal (according to ICAO Annex 10 guidance) and track any drop in signal quality.

Flight Operations 079 ELISE - by NAVBLUE ELISE by NAVBLUE helps airport services and ANSPs to increase capacity, reduce holding and increase safety in low visibility conditions. It also enables optimisation of airside land usage, allowing buildings to be built on land previously deemed unusable. Shorter Runway Occupancy Times on your runway: Reducing ILS protected areas (by exact calculation or diminishing them with stealth technology) allows for shorter Runway Occupancy Times, hence improving Safety. Increasing Runway throughout in Low Visibility Conditions: ELISE by NAVBLUE exact simulation model enables to greatly reduce spacing of aircraft in arrival sequence depending on their type. Opening new possibilities for Airport development and buildings: ELISE by NAVBLUE make it possible for airport to reduce ILS protected areas and assess actual impact of new buildings.
